Technician John Heaton provided great service during his visit, addressing multiple units in the home. Upfront and honest with everything. Patriot and true professional.

Duane came on time, was very respectful of our home and worked efficiently. The units went in, in a timely manner and he kept my wife and I informed of how things were going. He was flexible in the location of the units which was appreciated. Highly impressed by their work and professionalism.

Timely and professional. I didn’t exactly give them an ideal situation, and had to call them in to fix a botched mini split installation, but they handled it with relative ease. John was helpful in explaining the functionality of the unit and reasoning behind everything they had to do.

My new furnace was blowing cold air last night and the furnace wouldn’t light. I called the emergency line and Mike called me back 20 minutes later and got us going again by walking me through some procedures. When Dylan arrived this afternoon he explained everything he was doing and why. I have absolutely no complaints about Dylan. I appreciate the fast response and service. I would recommend Masters to everyone because of there great service and great service techs. Thanks again.

All of my questions were answered during the estimate as well as while the installation was being performed. The guys were efficient with their time and and respectful of my time. The new HVAC system is so quiet that I can barely hear it but it’s keeping my house so much more cool than the old (and I do mean OLD) system was. Spending this kind of money is never easy BUT it’s money well spent. Thank you Master’s for a great job!!

When our air conditioner quit cooling, Master’s was the first place we called. They scheduled an appointment at our earliest convenience. Darrell did a thorough job inspecting our aging system, explaining the problem and what to expect. The problem was bigger than we anticipated, but Steve followed up, simplified the process by detailing our options and arranging payments within our budget. Next Duane and Dillion installed a complete new heating and cooling system. Great, friendly service, and teamwork. These 4 guys went above and beyond what was expected. I am a very happy customer, and would definitely recommend this company!

From the first call to request help, the service repairman was polite and very helpful. He assured me he would be here today, called ahead to inform me of the time, and arrived as he said. He quickly repaired my furnace and answered all of my questions!!

Baptist quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He explained the cause and effect of the problem. While working on the furnace, he explained each step and quickly finished the job. Everything worked correctly, and the cost was 33 percent less than I expected.

Sorry for the late review...BHA was sent out last December/January after my heat pump was icing over terribly. A man came out and wrote up the work order and sent it through the Home Warranty. A few days later the company came out on time and did the repairs...The original person who did their assessment might have missed something as the unit worked better however it still had problems defrosting. The owner of the company, who was really awesome, came to my house in the middle of a cold A** Saturday night and looked at the unit himself when i told him the issues. He checked it over told me his thoughts and again within a few days the company was back out making repairs...since i didn't contact my home warranty company first i thought for sure i was going to get stuck with a big repair bill. BHA said they would take care of the HW and I never received a bill and the unit works just fine.....I would definitely use them again.

Such an amazing and honest company. I truly appreciate Rob. Always takes care of us, tells us the truth, and doesn’t over charge. I highly recommend him to any and everyone!

We just had our Warranty company call a Heating & Air company. They sent us Baptist Heating & Air. We were so please we the work the professional tech that was just here. Not only did he repair the needed work, but explained all prior to the work. Very neat and will be someone we will call from now on.

I’ve been using them since 2013 for all maintenance and repairs. Great service and prices. We moved out of state and they were able to ship me the parts I needed. Great company, and would highly recommend!
