I called Baptist with a question about my unit. While my rental was not in their service area, they were so kind as to instruct me what I was probably looking at as far as what the problem was, and what probably would need to happen, as well as telling me a general idea of cost range. So when I did find someone who came to my area I knew what I was talking about! I really appreciate their kindness and going out of their way to help someone for a job they were not even going to be doing!

Baptist Heating is the best! They installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my personal residence. They called and returned to inspect the operation several weeks later. After one season in use, my wife and I are most pleased. The system is high tech, has multi speed fan system making it very quiet and efficient. Call these guys and expect a qualified serviceman and an honest company to respond.

I called 5/31 because my a/c w wasn’t working. Rob was here by 9:30 am the next day! He found the issue quickly and fixed it with no problem. I would definitely call them again.

I had a different company replace my compressor because the air quit working and that’s what the guy said was wrong. He replaced it then was telling me I was having a issue with my breaker panel and a few other things that wasn’t making since on why it wasn’t working after I paid him. Then said he was coming back and never did. So I had another company come out and they couldn’t figure it out and said they think the new compressor is bad. So then I called Baptist and Rob came out and figured it all out. The compressor wasn’t bad, it was the previous installer wired it wrong and a few other things he did wrong that Baptist found. Baptist is the only people I will ever be calling again with any HVAC needs!!

I really appreciate that you took the time to comment back! By reading your statement I will not post such a nasty review. When I finally moved into the house, I personally replaced the a-coil and outside condensing unit myself. I have little training in heating and cooling, so I know a little. That following week my brother -in- law came out and did a full inspection on the heat exchanger and found no cracks. Me wanting to make 100% sure, had his father come out to do another inspection. Still no cracks. They both have over 40 years experience in heating and cooling and are experts as well. I have 4 co detectors installed throughout my house, and they have never went off! My furnace is fine! I was told it needed replaced by your technician! You would be mad as well if someone did that to you!

Contracted Baptist to install a complete new system from ground up in November 2015 no return air installed no duct work installed, unit leaked carbon monoxide for 2 years before a new company came to clean because Baptist refused to honor a 3 year maintenance agreement. Now we found out the heat exchanger was broken and they repaired it without informing us. These people are not to be trusted. In fact they still have never provided us with our bill of sale. Shysters all the way.

I have used Baptist HVAC for years. Most recently they installed a HALO air purification system. They have always made cost effective recommendations and their work has been very professional. They have worked on a multi system in a home built in 1905 and a single split system in my current home built in 2017. They significantly improved both systems. I highly recommend them

The gentleman showed up at 9 pm as I was his last appointment. Even though I wanted to go to bed, I was extremely grateful he came as promised. They are expected to get all of their appointments done before they go home. I felt so bad that he had to work so late. He was so sweet and didn't seem bothered by working late. He couldn't duplicate the problem, but replaced the part that would've caused the issue I explained. He explained everything thoroughly to me.
Thank you for coming the same day we were having the issue. My heat is actually working now.

Recently had to have the furnace replaced Baptist came in on budget and had the job complete in a timely manor. Rob has always treated my family fair. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Everyone who has come out to service my furnace and air conditioner has been extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. Prices are good and work is excellent. I have recommended Baptist Heating & Air to numerous people. I trust them.

We had water leaking from air handler in basement - clogged drain - came same day and fixed quickly for us. We had them install the entire system for us several years ago, including ecobee thermostat, high efficiency heat pump, 4” filters, UV light and whole house humidifier. Very happy with system and service we receive

They were very responsive and came within a few hours and fixed my furnace very quickly by replacing the igniter. Later I had a concern about my bill and Tammy was professional and responsive. She handled the question immediately. Very happy with the work of the technician and customer service of Tammy!

I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. Amazing, quality service with kind and considerate staff. My entire AC unit was replaced through my home warranty company (who I do not love) and they did an amazing job. It's the little things that make staff great, like taking off their shoes before entering the house, patiently answering my many questions, showing me how to use my thermostat (which I did not understand) and being courteous. I will have all of my HVAC work done by them for as long as I am in service area. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL.

Our furnace stopped working potentially due to an issue with the thermostat. Our technician Rob investigated the issue and resolved the situation quickly. We will certainly call the company again for service issues and ask for Rob. We recommend that you do the same!

I called this company after waiting on another company for over 3 weeks now to repair my air conditioner. I called Baptist today and they came same day, repaired my air conditioner, and had the parts with them! They even told me I did not need one of the parts the other company told me I needed. A lady in the office named Tammy was really helpful and nice also!

Wonderful service. The repair man kept in touch during the day. He was to be here so I would know why he was late. He also was able to replace my air conditioner in less than two days in this weather that was a miracle.

I've been with this company for 15 years. I have also recommended people to them. We have all been greatly satisfied and I wouldn't use anyone. They have several times came over the weekend because we had issues and never hesitate to come. Great company all around.

I called this company during a heat wave when my AC stopped working. They were booked pretty solid, but did work me in. The owner came out and found the leak in my system and explained to me exactly what could be done short term, and what would need to be done eventually. Within a half hour, my system was cooling again normally. He had all of the right equipment and was very fast and professional in diagnosing my system’s fault. I would highly recommend Baptist Heating & Air.
