Armor air has very nice people, very professional and is willing to explain how system works. Did have a couple issues that the thermostat wasn't in, but they wanted to make sure I had the newest model. Then the plumber is coming out hopefully this next sat to just readjust lines under the house to make sure drainage is going to proper area. Shaun Moore and his helper Austin very informative on everything that was being installed. Would recommend this company #1 in customer service. 👍

My parents recently experienced a plumbing issue caused by a clogged sewer line, and from the very beginning this company handled the situation with professionalism and care. Their representative, Levi West, met with my parents and me in person and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, the recommended solution, and what we could expect throughout the process.

I had Shawn a heating and air technician come out to look at my system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He showed exceptional integrity and was completely transparent throughout the entire visit. Instead of just telling me what the issue was, he took the time to walk me through it step-by-step, showing me exactly what the HVAC system should be doing versus what it wasn’t doing.
His professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a technician who not only fixes the problem but also makes sure you understand what’s going on. I truly appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. Highly recommend! Especially in this current temperature he resolved the issue and also advised us what to do in the meantime while we wait for the part to come in. I had an issue with my humidifier leaking and the service people were so kind, knowledgeable and efficient in helping me. It took two visits to get it fixed but each time they were very patient and kind. Erik was amazing and helped me so much. Great service!! Highly recommend them.

Another outstanding visit today from Armor Air. Today they inspected my water heater and water softner. I explained to Ryan Cornellus that I believed that I was experiencing a decrease in my hot water. After testing, Ryan assured me that everything was fine. What I am getting at is that I fully trust Armor Air and their team to be honest. They could've charged me and replaced the heating elements and I would have not been none the wiser. I appreciate their honesty and dedication. Armor Air really has a GOOD, DEDICATED team that appears to enjoy their job. Thanks Armor Air.

Tyree was very respectful of the cleanliness of our home. He was very knowledgeable and although we were not pleased with his diagnosis his knowledge gave us comfort. He was quick to offer a second opinion. Levi was also very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in presenting the different options. The decision we made based on his presentation gave us great comfort.

We used to be with another company for their service and maintenance. We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process. They wanted to get a look and feel for the system first before ever talking options. Tyler Kirkham was the service tech that Erik recommended and put on our call. Tyler was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have never seen a company provide such thorough work in the inspection and service provided by Tyler. Detailed pictures were taken in order to better explain what was wrong with our system and missed all these years with our old service provider. Never once during the conversation of repair v. replace did we feel pressured, and Tyler made sure to explain everything completely unbiased towards one path or the next. A pleasure to have worked with. Scheduling and getting finances set up was a breeze. Armor Air truly respects their clients and do not see them just as another number and money for their company. They go out of their way and take the time to provide how they feel a client should be treated in a time of need and helping in a large financial decision. When it comes to HVAC companies, I must say “it's hard to find both competent and honest companies/technicians when in need of help.” I saw some positive reviews for Armour Air and decided to give them a shot. My technician, Tyree, came out this afternoon and I must say, I was more than impressed not only with his ability to get my heat back up and going, but also with his professionalism and thoroughness in walking through everything that needed to be done. I can't speak for all Armour Air techs, but highly recommend Tyree and will be doing business with him moving forward.

Contacted Armor Air late on a Monday with a non-emergency, and they were here early on Tuesday. Technician Tyler was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very detailed when explaining the issue. Very polite, very informative, and his diagnosis was spot on.

Received a call from Erik to check on our experience within minutes. Great follow up and customer service.

Had a 2nd tech, Casey, come to do some further equipment specific testing and complete the repairs. Also very polite and informative.

Not a single problem. Even though it was a more involved problem than I had hoped for, it was handled professionally with everything discussed up front.

This is our 3rd visit from what I consider to be The Super Crew of Service for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, whatever your need. Sean & Perry were kind, professional and worked non-stop to complete what in essence was a Double, Same Day job for us. Our Townhome was exposed to allot of dirt & dust for several months during the community construction. We also found out that drywall cutting was done inside our home, adding even more debri during the build. Now that we are in our 2nd Winter for this home, we encounterd sore throats & nasal irritation from the extremely dry air & little to no humidity. Armor Air knocked out both those issues in one visit, and for a really competitive price. They installed a highly reviewed AprilAire, whole home Humidifier, along with an industrial level cleaning of our air duct system on all three levels of our Townhome. This also included a thorough cleaning of the interior walls & moving parts of our furnace. All told, I feel like I truly received The V.I.P. Treatment. Lastly, there was no pressure from Armor Air, no annoying suggestive sell. Just knowledgeable, genuinely caring folks who offer a variety of service options & competitively-priced solutions for your needs. And here's the clincher, while performing the install of our Humidifier, Sean found a gas leak in the main pipe leading into the furnace! He didn't shut the job down, nor made a big issue with it. As a courtesy & kindness, he just fixed it! Now that's Full-Service & a much appreciated consideration for the safety of my family. ABOVE & BEYOND! That's what you get with Armor Air. These dudes should be wearing Super Hero capes when they show up. There's NOTHING They Can't Handle!

I want to thank Chad and John for their professionalism, knowledge and wisdom on installing the furnace and AC. Chad went above and beyond to build a box for the return air (btw Chad you're right my furnace system should be in a magazine). John done a wonderful job as well. Even though it was upsetting to know I needed a new furnace on Thursday both of you made me laugh today and made it more tolerable. I also give thumbs up to Levi and Casey. Armor Air even provided me a detailed invoice going over their findings that I could use in reference to my inspection report from buying the home. The system I was given had a few issues, and Richard was able to explain thoroughly how best to meet the specific needs. I appreciate the education and empowerment they gave me for something I have little familiarity with.

The driver of this van was on my tail with my young kids in the nearly hitting me multiple times because he was so close me when I was already going 80mph in the fast lane. He had several opportunities to pass me if he needed to go faster than 80mph but chose to stay on my trunk with my young kids in the car. Just to get off same exit as me and go same neighborhood as me. This type of driver shouldn’t have a job like this if they feel the need to drive over 15mph over speed limit on a damn highway.

Timely and knowledgeable. Excellent service! Sam explained everything and gave pointers on setting the thermostat and humidifier for optimal temperatures. We have a 19 year old system and there was no pressure to upgrade which is appreciated. He understood our need to keep our current system operational at peek and to preserve it as long as possible.
