Rick John’s from A1 mechanical was at my home today for a continuing problem I’ve been having. This is the third company that has been here. I am in a new build in an Epcon community. The designated Company we had to use, was not working out with many of us here. Rick has figured it out! Everything I Was told from the prior 2 companies is completely wrong. I highly recommend A1 mechanical heating and cooling and Rick Johns.

Very good experience with the folks at A1 Mechanical! They answered the phone when I called, had someone scheduled in a matter of minutes, and were able to get a technician here when it best fit my schedule. A1 and Tech Avery Franklin addressed issue quickly and with speed and integrity.

A new furnace had a malfunction. Technician Zac was sent for repair within 24 hours of my reporting. He made the furnace operational until a part was ordered. Within 48 hours the part was received & he returned with Rick Johns another technician. Repair has bn made. Both people very knowledgeable & professional & very willing to help. I recommend A-1 Mechanical H & C!!

Avery answered my questions clearly and helpfully. I am on a service plan so there was not a charge for today.

Had issues with furnace coming on and shutting off even when it was below set point. Zack made sure to cover all bases and adjusted the fan speed and made sure all was working properly before leaving. Explained a lot of how the air flow can affect what the furnace is doing.

Our home was having slight humidity issues, which included a bathroom exhaust fan found to be not operating properly because of a mistake made by an unrelated electrical company. Chad inspected our home's humidity throughout the house and was able to diagnose any issues that were taking place. He went above and beyond to fix the issues we were having. I definitely recommend their services.

Super professional and very personable.
They took time to explain operation of the unit and even made adjustments to our thermostat fan speed to help our overall distribution of heat in our 2 story home.

Rick was great. My complaint was that there was too much humidity in my house. He came out and performed several checks to see why, and made some adjustments, gave me a few tips and we talked about playing bass for most of the time.
Oh yeah, and the humidity is down in the house now.
I dealt with Chad, the previous time and Rick this time. Both great guys and did exactly what I needed to get done.
If you use somebody else, that’s your own fault.
