Avery was amazing, he was personable, professional, efficient and his installation was neat and clean. My wife and I were very impressed with him, even though he suggested to my wife, a candle lover, that we consider not burning candles any more. She had recently switched to wax melts because of the effect it had on the filters. Please pass on our appreciation of the excellent service provided to Avery. Happy Holidays!

Brendan and Noah were awesome!!! They came out at night to fix my furnace and didn’t give up until the unit was up and running. Very professional and kind and efficient. I highly recommend their services. I could tell they really care about helping people and making sure they get the job done right!

I called and within less than 24 hours of my call Avery Franklin from A-1 Mechanical heating and cooling came out to my house and fixed my broken down furnace, it is below zero outside , freezing cold, and the heat was out, but thankfully this company, Avery to be more specific was able to get to me and my young 7 year old son, and fix our furnace very quickly, I don’t think this could be done any quicker than it was and it’s worth every dime in this weather. The job was diagnosed and fixed all within a couple hours, and the house is nice and toasty again, I am very appreciative, I definitely recommend you hire these people they’re very good, Avery installed a new Gas Valve unit in my furnace, and it wasn’t super expensive

First use for cooling came this year and our new AC unit did not kick on. Called A1 and Mr. Avery Franklin responded very fast and scheduled an appointment for 1pm. He was there exactly at 1pm. He quickly identified the problem and had the AC up and running within 30 mins. Avery was extremely friendly and very professional. If you have HVAC problems, Avery at A1 is the man to solve them.

Avery is the epitome of exceptional service! Not only did he diagnose the issue with great questions, he also explained his thinking. This is great because it helped me make a fully informed decision. He and his team were able to find the needed part in about 2 hours and it took less than 15 minutes to replace it. And he’s a nice guy too! Great experience and I’ll always call A1 for any future needs! You guys rock!

I have been trying to get in touch with the company all week. Number is not being answered and says it is no longer in service. I would like to cancel my VIP membership since they are not responsive.

We recently had Venti out for a seasonal Cleaning and tuneup, I chose them because they are a veteran owned and they also said they hire vets. They certainly stand by their work and also send thank you notes each time they service you. We were teachers and education is important to us and they are training their workers to do their service RIGHT!

Garbage, they install a new AC coil in my home a few years back and never finished the duct work wanted done also. I'm replacing my furnace now and in the process of them installing the coil they didn't put the proper riser back under the coil so my drain lines are right on top of the floor and I cannot install drain traps because of this. So the job becomes twice as costly and a big headache because the coil has to be removed and a riser installed under it so I can properly install the condensation lines. One of the biggest mistakes I made was hiring them and I still owe almost a year before they're install is even paid for. Still.
Looks like they're out of business and I'm not surprised.
