Just had a 20+ year old heating and cooling system replaced with new equipment. Dustin and team did good work. They were professional and thorough. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

My +20 year old air conditioner finally clunked out, and I decided to use these guys to replace the unit and couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. They were professional and courteous, and clearly explained my options without any high pressure sales pitches. Their prices were reasonable to the point where I also replaced my old furnace for a combo deal. During the replacement service, they showed up on time and completed the job the same day without issue. This will be my go to company for any future heating and cooling needs

I cannot express the gratitude I have for the Radiant team! I came home from a weekend trip to a house baking at 80+ degrees. They were awesome to schedule with and communicative as to when they would arrive at my house for service. Dustin was open and transparent with what they were testing and things they were checking, the steps they were taking to fix the issue. He covered pricing and estimates prior to making any repairs and thankfully was able to repair everything on the spot! Radiant heating did a great job. They communicated well, were on-time and speedy. Full HVAC replacement in a day. Would use again but hopefully won’t have to for awhile.

They did a great job! Unfortunately my system is over 20 years old. Gave me all the information I needed. They explained each step and told me what they were doing. Dustin was honest about my AC unit. Got it back up and running. Hard to find good hard work with honesty included. So I give 5 stars. I paid a Fair price and was not taken advantage of. In these days it’s hard to find.

Kind, efficient and thorough 😊 They fixed my furnace the same day I called during a record-breaking snow storm. They made sure I was set up for the rest of winter and answered all my questions. I’ll be using them again in the Spring to prep my AC.

Dustin and Anthony came out to perform a routine maintenance on my HVAC System. It was my first time using them and I'll continue to use them in the future. They were kind, professional, and explained the system to me and what they were seeing as the system ran. Everything was running as expected, and they even noticed an issue with one of the power banks that had apparently never been plugged in from the time it was installed 6 years ago! They then ran out and picked up some extra furnace filters for me since I had ran out and came back with them. I thought the price they charged was comparable to other companies and the services they provide with their Comfort Care plan is very much worth the cost in my opinion! If you're looking for someone to do quality, professional, timely work on your HVAC system, I would definitely recommend Radiant!

Spoke with the owner for a job, Dustin. He arrived to quote a mini split system to keep my garage temp bearable to golf on a simulator. Incredibly knowledgeable. Had nearly a dozen quotes. Learned more from him than all others combined. You want it done right, here’s your sign.

Dustin and his crew did a great job. Furnace tune up found a few items needing fix from the previous company. Cleaned our unit, made sure all the wiring was up to standard and it’s working great. They were thorough and explained everything with documented photos. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Dustin and team are excellent! Very professional, knowledgable and dependable. They installed surge protection on my HVAC system, and checked out my electrical system and thermostat controls. Highly recommended for your emergencies, or if you'd like the peace of mind, can provide 24/7 annual service plans. There an easy recommendation if you need a good HVAC services provider.

This is a very bad place for 53’ sleeper to dock. This dock is impossible to get tractor and trailer straight. It’s super tight and not enough room to turnaround as that’s the only way out. The truck will definitely have to jackknife to get out. It will be a waste of your time trying to dock a sleeper.

Super fast and friendly service. We lost heat with the sub-zero temps. Service tech Zach was super fast and got our heat up and running.
