Grant is an absolute lifesaver! During a severe winter storm, my furnace went out and my house was quickly becoming dangerously cold. Grant came out on an emergency call in terrible weather without hesitation and got my heat working again when I needed it most. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, and he took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it.

What really stood out was his attitude—calm, kind, and genuinely concerned about making sure my home was warm and safe before he left. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and their customers, especially under such challenging conditions. Because of Grant, my family and I were able to stay warm during the storm. A1 installed our system during new construction. Once we moved in, we discovered it was not heating our home correctly. Avery was our technician and was fantastic at troubleshooting the problem and making sure it was resolved . I was extremely happy with their responsiveness and the amount of time they spent figuring out a solution. I hope they know what a customer focused tech Avery is…. His customer service skills are amazing and genuine . Our service was covered under warranty but I was so pleased I signed up for their maintenance plan and a whole home humidifier.
