We went out of town when our baby monitor alerted us to a high temp of 81° during a heatwave. We got back next day and called Complete Comfort and they came out within 2 hours. Our AC started working but they did a full inspection and said the next week was covered if anything happened. They’re very professional, upfront and honest. I trust them. We live in Yorktown for reference but they came so quick on a Friday I was impressed! Update: our fan ended up going out during the night and they came in the morning and fixed it. Quick friendly service, highly recommend.

They were precise when moving my washer and dryer out of the laundry room door frame with little to zero wiggle room. Very respectful with my things (appliances and hardwood flooring) and let me be chatty chatty haha! We called Summers plumbing to replace our water heater after it broke. They quoted us 30% higher than another company for the same exact same equipment. My wife was at home alone and was stressed about our water heater breaking as we have a newborn baby. I believe they exploited that to try to charge us more money. I believe that was unethical and will not use them again in the future.

Kyle was great both times. He replaced the control board and stay to make sure it was working. Polite and apologized for the problem

Bradley and his associates did an outstanding job they showed up quickly and performed in a professional manner . They were respectful of my space and performed their work in a timely fashion, considering it was pouring down rain the whole time they were here. Never once complained about getting soaked! Very informative of any questions I asked! My hat is off to Bradley and his co-workers. Thank you very much!
