Braden was very professional and explained how the process of cleaning our air ducts works. Was very transparent about the cost and offered special financing. All around great experience.

Summers Plumbing took a near disaster and turned it into a pleasant experience.

Our home is built on a slab foundation with difficult access to the shower faucet. Lo and behold, we had a leak start behind the shower wall that began to push water into our kitchen. Not only did Summers respond promptly on a Sunday morning, they came up with a plan to fix and renovate an aging shower insert, resulting in a major upgrade.

We simply couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Major thanks to Keith, Andy, Norm, Brady and Kyler for the prompt service and total professionalism.

Very happy with the work done by Jackson Gray. Was very informative and kept me in the loop when working on my furnace. His willingness to help me on a Sunday evening was also very appreciative. Good work.

Austin did a great job at diagnosing the problem that I was having in my house. He gave me different options for fixing the problem. I did not feel pressured to fix it one way or another. He was honest in his evaluation and did great work

Austin came out and diagnosed the problem with our water heater. He was very professional and couldn’t be any nicer. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy. I told him my husband wanted to think about what he said and do some “price comparison” and he was understanding. Thank you, Austin! And thank you, Summers!

Andy was my plumber. He explained the repairs and the replaced parts in great detail. He and his apprentice were polite and respected our home. Both very kind and efficient. I am very satisfied with their work.

Andy & Norm were great during the install of our water heater and softner. They were tidy and informative throughout the process! We felt comfortable with their professionalism in our home.

Kyle was very professional and friendly. Talked me through the issues with my furnace and the potential solutions. He was very thorough and I trust that he did a great job every step of the way.

Amazing service by Andy! We had a troublesome shower leak/crack, and he was able to re-install a new tub. There were so many hurdles to go through with the way our house was built. Andy went above and beyond to help. Everything was clean, professional, and communication was awesome. Definitely recommend his service and Summers Plumbing. If I ever have a plumbing issue again (hopefully not, but still…), I know who to call!

Keith was a total gem all previous feedback was completely true about him. He did a great job with explaining and made sure to get my water back on same day.

Keith showed up to a scheduled water heater flush without the proper equipment to complete the task. Then proceeded to provide thousands of dollars worth of estimates for items that are in good working condition. Keith said I would need to reschedule the water heater flush and that it would be $136 even though I purchased the monthly maintenance package based on customer service telling me flushes were free. Today was a waste of both my tenant’s and my own time.

Leo was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything in detail and answered every question I threw at him. This young man went above and beyond any expectation we had. Thank you!

Keith came back to our house because sediment was in our lines as to be expected from the job they did. He took the time to walk through my house checking every tap and making sure my lines were clear and also showed me how to check the water spout filters so I could unclog them myself later if need be. Professional! Courteous! Patient!

Kyle arrived ahead of schedule and diagnosed and fixed the issue with the furnace quickly. He was very professional, explained things well, and offered up some advice to other HVAC questions I had. Will definitely be using Summers in the future for my HVAC needs.

Keith did a phenomenal job of explaining and breaking down everything. He showed excellent professionalism…I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced, professional and knowledgeable service tech! He’s a great guy!

OK experience overall. Water Heater replacement went well except that I wanted a power anode rod installed in the new heater. The plumber ignored my request and when I saw that he didn't fulfill my requirement, he said that it didn't fit. The anode rod was specifically made for the Bradford White model replacement.
Update: almost a month has passed and I need to post pictures of my water heater installation with the question: Would you install a thermal expansion tank in your residence like you did mine? Examining the picture you will see that there is no means that I can service the expansion tank without re plumbing the configuration. I cannot unscrew and replace because it is jammed between the water heater and my main HVAC supply main. I am going to think again about using Summers for my plumbing needs in the future. I hope that Summers will correct this problem.

Rick Wilson was on call Saturday and had been at our house recently for furnace check-up. He showed up promptly and diagnosed burnt control board. Although expensive to replace and procure, he got heat back to the house and treated my wife and I to Reese’s cups
