Mission came out on the day before Christmas Eve to repair our furnace. Luke Lyon came out and worked tirelessly on it, tried everything he could to fix it before determining it had to be replaced. I figured we would have to wait until the holidays were over to get a new one installed, but he and a couple more technicians were at our house 1st thing Christmas Eve to get our new unit installed. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Mission! Top notch company and I highly recommend them!

I have used this company for many years to service my 7 rental homes. I have always found the technicians to be excellent and prices fair. However, they do not always honor appointments. After scheduling regular maintenance appointments weeks in advance, on at least three occasions they failed to show up. At one point I was told by a person in the front office that they needed the technician to service an emergency at another site. So basically regularly scheduled appointments are not actually appointments as a technician may not come if an emergency arises. This is most difficult when my tenants, who with great difficulty plan to be home for the scheduled appointment, are faced with having to go through the ordeal again and hope the technician comes as planned. In addition, when I called the front office to complain about the situation it turns out an inter-office memo concerning my situation named me as a "pain in the neck" who is "always complaining about something." I was obviously sent this inter-office memo in error. In addition, billing and invoices are sent out randomly and at no particular interval after work is done. I can not recommend this company.

After a bad experience with another company lying about our water softener installation and ghosting us, we were so happy with Mission Mechanical! Bobby was honest, respectful, thorough, and worked quickly. We’d be happy to work with Mission Mechanical again.

James K arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing a new sump pump, and most importantly finding and repairing a natural gas leak. He work quickly and efficiently and was tremendously personable and friendly.

Mission Mechanical was referred to me by a good friend who also had a great experience with the company. I have never had better plumbing service and I've been homeowner for over 40 years.

I've heard poor stories from other acquaintances who feel like they've been overcharged and underserved by other plumbing companies. I felt clear value and results from Mission Mechanical.

I had a great experience with Mission Mechanical. Scheduling was easy and customer friendly. Erick arrived earlier than expected and fixed my drain clog in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent experience with Mission Mechanical. Had a major plumbing issue. They came out same day, diagnosed the issue, answered all of my many questions and were back next day to replace equipment that ceased working. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again for other issues.

Great work all around. Camo Sedam was very nice and very professional. I called mid afternoon and they were able to have someone to me in about an hour. Didn’t expect our heat to go out on the coldest day of the year, so when it did they were there to work late to make sure we had heat. Would recommend to everyone

Brennan was on time. Considerate. Cleaned up his supplies. Explained the softener to me and softener is working great! SWT installed at an extremely fair price.

My water heater went out and they were able to install a new one same day at a cost that was $800 less than the other estimate I got from a different company. Both techs and the estimator were cool, courteous and very knowledgeable. Pleasure to have them in the house. Extremely professional company from the time they answered the phone to when the work was complete! They'll always be my first call from here on out for any plumbing needs.

I was selling my house and the buyer requested I have an HVAC company inspect the system. Mission was able to get someone to my house quickly. They did a thorough inspection and generated a report I was able to give to the buyer to reassure them that everything was working fine.

They were great & very friendly throughout the process!

My mom’s AC stopped working and we called Mission Mechanical. They sent out Ryan Pantzar. This man was awesome! Friendly, great customer service and a pro at his job. Thanks again!

Ryan has done amazing work for us here at the Hampton Inn Park 100. Just today, he was able to get our pool up and working again so our guests will be able to enjoy our heated pool now. Thank you Ryan for all you have done for us!!

I cannot say enough good about Mission Mechanical. They recently installed much of a new kitchen for me. An exceedingly high level of competence and professionalism. The left the place so clean you would not know they were there except for the shiny new equipment. They worked overnight so as not to affect my business and finished sooner than promised. THIS IS TRULY A GREAT COMPANY. Bobby, the project manager, is the best.

Ryan Pantzar came out to my hotel to give me a price to service some HVAC equipment. Not only did he repair the equipment for considerably less but he was willing to take time to look at other equipment and teach me what I could do to better maintain it but also offered to work-up a service plan. This guy is impressively knowledgeable and honest and willing to share to teach. Absolutely Gracious to have met this guy and to continue to do business with him. Thanks, Ryan!

Mission Mechanical, best name. I don't know their mission statement, but what I do know is they had my best interest at hand. Kimbra's kind Words and soothing spirit through the phone at 5:45 am calm me through the Flood, literally. Brandon the tech was awsome at 6am to help direct me on how to shut water off until he could get to my home. Kimbra followed up with 2 calls after speaking with Brandon and before he could show up. Brandon on route followed up with text. On Time, Professional, Friendly, Informational, Helpful. 5 Stars

Review #2 - Previous review was for repair work earlier this summer to our 22 year old AC system which soon after needed another costly repair that didn't make sense and the better option was to replace the entire system. Mission guys came over presented themselves very professionally and confidently. Provided us with a quote in a very timely manner, and got the install scheduled quickly. All the while, keeping the old system limping along to keep us all cool on the hottest days of the summer. As can happen, we had a few hurdles along the way; however, Mission stepped up and handled everything very professionally and to our complete satisfaction. I have utmost confidence in all of the service guys that we interacted with. Definitely stand by my previous statement that this is a company with alot of integrity and professionalism. Give em a call!!
