Stone was great! Was here in a timely manner after He gave us a heads up he was coming. Was not here forever and even changed the filter.

Lucas was scheduled to perform the annual hvac checkup at 3 different properties on 3 different days. He arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of the coils along with the standard electrical evaluations. He will be back this fall to assure my furnace is ready for the winter!

Great service. Based on a letter from Citizens Water, I initially thought I needed a test on the backflow preventer for the old sprinkler system that we've never used. Our guy said he could just unhook the sprinkler system instead, so we went with that option. I was happy with his flexibility, and he even saved me a few bucks. A+ would recommend.

Stone and Josh were excellent and provided amazing service today. They worked on my unit for more than 10 hours and they were still smiling by the end! I recommend them to anyone! Thank you, gentlemen! 😄

The response time, warranty processing and finish of our water heater replacement was seamless. This is a very good company to talk to and work with!

Mission Mechanical should add 'MIRACLE' to their name! My furnace went out two days before a bad winter storm hit Indianapolis. I was referred to Mission, and the owner made sure to get me on the schedule for a new install right away (I wish I remembered his name). Chris and his team worked diligently to get my new furnace and AC unit installed just in the nick of time. I have a three year old son, so I appreciated being able to pick him up from daycare and bring him back to a warm home. Chris came out a week later for a quality inspection and everything looked good. Diana in accounting was also a pleasure to work with! She was easy to communicate with and very patient as we worked through my best options for payment. Overall, I'm thankful for the good people at Mission. 10/10 recommend!

Lukas was excellent! Help my family and me get our new thermostat wired properly and got our furnace back up and running, all over the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, very patient. Mission mechanical and Lukas definitely are worth their salt!

After a torturous three week wait to get my gas repairs finished, the guys at Mission Mechanical came in a flash and were our literal heroes. Cory and team were incredibly personable and sympathetic, and put in extra time and effort for us to ensure we were set up for success after replacing our main line. I cannot praise these individuals enough, and hope you all continue the great work.

Sam and Jose went above and beyond cleaning air ducts in our home. We have 2 heating units and 8000 square foot home. It went from being very dirty to looking like brand new! They were very professional. The process was explained to me. Sam and Jose cleaned up and my house looked better than when they arrived! Thank you Alpine. I will recommend you to all my friends!

Sam and Jose' called to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time as scheduled. Both guys could not have been more professional and courteous. Sam explained the entire process thoroughly before they began.
Due to the Covid virus both men wore the appropriate masks while inside our home and communicating with me. They also wore shoe coverings whenever they were inside as well.
They inspected our system and went straight to work. They did a fantastic cleaning job and showed me how much dirt and debris they removed from our air distribution system and our dryer vent.
When completed they removed all of their trash and vacuumed the house everywhere they accessed our registers. They also sealed all the access holes they cut into our ductwork where they are airtight.
I would highly recommend Alpine to do your duct and dryer vent cleaning. Very good experience. I will definitely recommend Alpine and continue with them as a repeat customer. Thank you !!!

Sam and Eric came on time, were professional in their appearance and actions. I gave them a quick tour of my home and they went right to work. They were helpful in showing me places of interest needing attention and what they can do to clean and or do a quick fix to them. They actually cleaned the system in less time then planned. Steve and I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Alpine. Our house is 20 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. They came in and completely cleaned them out, helped us get the best filter for our furnace, identified a few things that needed to be fixed and then fixed them for us. These guys are AWESOME!!

From the start working with Kevin, the estimator, was great. Then came the attic insulation team. They were excellent. Edgar and Michael just simply did an excellent job. They repaired some duct work and added insulation and baffles to our attic. I would highly recommend Alpine Group.

Sam and Michael did a wonderful job. They were very thorough, explained things well, showed where the previous company we had used did a poor job (we had suspected this before as well). Even discovered there was a metal piece in one of our vents that was reducing airflow. We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them. Worth the cost for a job well done!

Alpine was super responsive, from the time we reached out for a quote to the time the job was completed.

Brad and Michael added insulation to our attic and cleaned our HVAC ductwork and our dryer vent too. Both were friendly, cheerful and got the job done. I'll reach out again the next time our dryer vent needs to be cleaned for sure!

Sam and Jose came out today and did a great job getting our ducts cleaned out. They were able to clear several blockages in our ducts the were a result of construction debris from the homeowner before us.

Any time they found something new they came to show us what was going on and clearly explained what they were doing.
