Sam and his assistant arrived at our home right on time and set about cleaning our ducts right away. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves and also identified a problem with our HVAC as well as gave suggestions for repairing it. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpine Group to anyone for any of their services, as they are honest and professional.

I would recommend the Alpine group to anyone who is looking for a professional service provider who completes the job on time and in an excellent fashion. Alpine was communicative on what timelines would be for the job and extremely responsive to communications in prepping. The work looks great. The employees were clean and respectful throughout the project, and cleaned up throughout the job, not just after it was completed. A great service in the Indianapolis area that I will continue to use in the future and suggest for anyone else looking for similar work.

Dave and Alpine cleaned out our ducts and did incredible work. They got me scheduled within 5 days and the process was seamless. Kenny and Jose were incredibly professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire project. They were in at 930 AM and out by 2 PM completing a 6,000+ sq ft job. Efficient and high quality work.

Technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough. Cleaning up after themselves and were prompt and company sent photo before they arrived so I knew who to expect. Very pleased and so glad to have this service( duct and dryer vent cleaning) complete.

Josh and Jose arrived right on time and explained everything to us. Got right to work and finished in less time than expected. They explained the job and recommended a couple of things we could do to get better circulation in our air ducts. Made friends with our dog and did an outstanding job. My partner and I just purchased a new home and, unfortunately, mold was found in the ductwork during the inspection. The previous owners also smoked in the home, so we knew we needed to take immediate action. Alpine Maintenance Group came highly referred by our real estate agents and they absolutely did not disappoint! The crew was here the entire day today thoroughly cleaning every inch of our HVAC system. They also ran sanitizer through the ductwork to make sure all microbial growth was removed. Our house smells brand new and it's such a wonderful peace of mind to know our system is clean and functioning at its best, especially before the winter months.

The team was so professional, courteous, and hard working while here at our home. They cleaned every surface they touched after the remediation, and it looks like they weren't even here. Alpine came out to remediate a small amount of mold identified in the home inspection. The title company cut them a check and they scheduled the work quickly. They were great to work with

Alpine (specifically, Mark) went above and beyond to make sure my condo was mold-free before moving in. When I had a mold test done as part of the buyer's inspection, one type of mold tested so high that I thought for sure I would have to back out of the sale. Alpine checked and re-checked every nook and cranny in the condo, couldn't find a source, and ended up coming to the conclusion that the mold was in the staging furniture. They were right - once the furniture was removed and they did basic remediation, spore count went down to zero. I didn't pay for the remediation (that was the seller's responsibility), but I saw the cost and thought it was super reasonable.

For anyone wondering - the staging company was Hoosier Home Stagers, and I've heard through the realty world grapevine that my condo was not the first case of this that their furniture caused.

This was my third service from Alpine Maintenance Group and they have provided phenomenal service every time. They have super trustworthy, knowledgeable employees who always leave me feeling super confident about the work that was done. Highly recommend!

I want to give kudos to Sam and Mark. We had our air ducts cleaned after moving into our new home last spring; they probably hadn’t been cleaned in almost 30 years. Sam was very friendly and answered my numerous questions. I recently had my HVAC serviced from a different company and he seemed to think the return duct was still dirty, showing me a photo that was pretty dimly lit. I called alpine and they had Mark come out within a business day and double check the initial duct cleaning. Sure enough, the return looked clean to me, so seems that my HVAC tech just took a really poor photo. I once again had a ton of questions and Mark actually went up into my attic to look at the ducts himself, which was above and beyond. Overall Alpine has been there through the long haul so I really appreciated them being so hands on.
