Not a good experience with this company for me. Their Company came to fix an A/C issue and only partially completed the job which caused a leak all over my condo and damaged very expensive flooring. They sent someone back to fix the damage they caused. Instead of fixing the damage for free they attempted to bill me for both occurrences. When I called for an explanation they did not have one and said a manager would reach out to me to discuss. No manager ever reached out to me. They continued to keep sending double bills. Poor service and poor communication. Also they never fixed the flooring they damaged and refused to take any responsibility or contact me.

It is rare in this day and age that a company will stand behind their work. We had an issue where there was a mistake on the paperwork after a move-in that made us wonder if work was done. We called North Mechanical to verify and they acknowledged the issue and sent someone to double-check on the work. Wow!
If you deal with North Mechanical, you're dealing with quality people. That is priceless these days.
And if they send Mike - then they're sending their best.

One of their company vehicles side swiped my car and drove off. Very rude and unprofessional. Tried calling customer service and of course no answer.

I was disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by this mechanical contracting service. Communication throughout the engagement was poor, and interactions often reflected an unprofessional attitude rather than a solutions-focused approach. Of particular concern was the tendency to speak negatively about supervisors and management in front of others, which created an uncomfortable and unproductive environment. Regardless of internal challenges, this type of conduct is inappropriate and undermines confidence in the company as a whole. Alongside with being rude the technician poor attitude influenced him to completely disregard any and all security protocols in the secured building. Based on my experience, I would expect stronger professionalism, accountability, and respect at this level of service. Between the overall poor quality of work and the even worst customer service I would highly encourage anyone looking for a mechanical contracting service to stay away from North mechanical contracting and services.

I wasn't sure at first if this was the company I wanted to work with, considering there are bigger businesses in the area. I consider using another company but decided to take a chance on the local company. After meeting with their technicians - I ran into a couple of of unforseen issues that I wasn't prepared to pay for. Their owner was so gracious to cover the expenses at no extra cost - God bless them!!! Would highly recommend!
