Called to get an estimate on the holding tanks and a dehumidifier in the boiler room of my hotel a few days ago, I was told that someone will call me to get more information. I waited 3 days, no call back from them. I called back and I was transferred to a guy named Brett, who sounded like he did not want to visit the property to give us an estimate, he kept telling me that I have to call the designing engineer to give me the design for the holding tanks and I kept telling him that I need someone to come and have a look at it at least and they can decided what needs to be done as I am not really a technical guy. I have spoken to couple of other companies and they are sending someone right away to have a look at it and give us an estimate. Seems like the guy named Brett did not want to work and make money for his company. I do not usually leave bad reviews for any company especially mentioning names but the way he spoke to me made me do this.

I run a large office building downtown Indianapolis and I need a service company that can deliver prompt quality service. North Mechanical is that company. North is able to bring whatever resources are needed to resolve the issue, big or small.

The service technician said he would come out with an electrician to assess my entire need. He sent another technician without an electrician, that technician left and said he would have the original technician call me, he never called, I called the next day and he was extremely rude to me. I called the main office because I had never had trouble with this company in all the years I had used them, the technician called back and apologized, he set up a time to come the next morning, he never showed, it's been 4 days since then, never showed up, never called.

Working with North Mechanical has been an awesome experience. Their customer service is second to none! If you are searching for a commercial HVAC and plumbing company.... They are the ones!!!

Anytime I have a problem with HVAC or Plumbing I can give NORTH a call and they or out later that day or the next. The technicians that I have worked with are great. I would recommend North Mech if you need a great HVAC or Plumber.
