Absolute horrible business to deal with. If they do finally show up they will bandaid any problems you have instead of actually fixing them. Completely dishonest technician somehow never uses any tools to diagnose anything. Have had the same issue several times with no real answer. Have been told the wiring at my thermostat was wrong and had bad connection but never once touched anything behind thermostat cover. Spends 25-30 minutes in basement with hvac unit and rigs something to make it work again. I’m not sure what he’s resetting or rigging back up but I’m sure I will be without heat again soon waiting for this sorry excuse of a company to “fix” the problem ….. again.

Great company and excellent service, they showed up at same day and fix my furnace. Is the second time I have used they service. I recommend 100%

After they replaced my furnace last year I didn't hesitate to call them again to install my mini-split.

We got off to a slow start but on Day 2 the workers returned and were strictly business. They finished the complete job in about 6 hrs. They returned the next day to repair a water leak inside the furnace closet. Because of the water leak the carpet in my half bath was water soaked. The owner, Mr Acosta, sent two people to my house the very next day with equipment to dry out the soggy carpet. DONE! Unfortunately the water leak reoccurred and Mr Acosta and one of his technicians showed up on this past Saturday and worked to rectify the serious issue. They fixed that persistent water leak. No flooded kitchen floors since last weekend! HOORAY! Their customer service gets a high mark in my opinion. I'm presently pleased with the work Bonilla Comfort Air has done at my home.

I was referred to Bonilla after being quoted $17,000 for a full HVAC install by another company — which I obviously turned down.

It took less than 24 hours for them to quote me and get my system fully installed — and they charged less than half the price the other company quoted. I am very satisfied with the work. They listened to what I wanted and were able to work it in seamlessly with what I already had. This is a legit business doing solid work at affordable prices. Don’t get scammed by the larger companies, if you’re thinking about making an investment in your home, I highly recommend this business.

It was during a scorching afternoon when our home started heating up uncomfortably because the air conditioner had failed. My spouse even commented on how quickly everything returned to normal without any mess left behind.

Their technician arrived well equipped and conducted a detailed inspection of the unit. He discovered a problem with the thermocouple and replaced it right away making sure the system was operating safely. He also took time to show me some basic checks I could do myself in the future. As the heat started to fill the rooms my family and I could finally relax after the ordeal. The service was thorough and the technician was knowledgeable without being pushy. This made a big difference compared to past experiences I have had with other companies. It gave me peace of mind knowing the furnace was back in good working order and my kids stopped complaining about the chilly rooms.

Our Carrier system needed attention so we used HVACBalance Heating and Cooling for carrier repair. They replaced a faulty capacitor and tested all components thoroughly. Everything is running smoothly with improved performance now. The service was professional and on time which made the whole process easy.

My tech, Jackson, was easygoing and efficient. He answered my question and told me straight up what he found, leaving me at ease with my old furnace.

This was our first a/c tuneup on a new system installed Sept ‘23. Technician was friendly and informative. We discussed filter types and duration, air flow and cooling specs and cleaning of outdoor unit. No charge as Thiele includes two service calls with system purchase. Bryant system working well.

Jackson was great. Very friendly. He took 30ish minutes. All was fine. It was a contracted maintenance.

We have been customers of Thiele for maybe 3-4 years now and they have been wonderful. The service techs are always prompt, courteous and professional. They always review the invoice with you and explain the service performed and answer all questions you may have. The office staff is equally courteous, and accommodating. Scheduling/rescheduling an appointment is never a problem. We recently had to purchase a new AC unit. The salesman was very polite, informative and not “pushy”. He explained all options and recommended which unit was best (not necessarily the most expensive one!). The service contract is great and seems to be well worth the money. .

I've been very pleased with the courtesy and service provided by Thiele Heating & AC professionals, from the installation of the HVAC system, to the semi-annual maintenance checkups. Thank you!

Had my second maintenance service with Thiele. I'm so glad I found them. They do great work for a reasonable price and I'm comfortable having them in my home. This time DJ was my service tech and he was awesome. Never thought I'd be someone who would pay for a maintenance plan but it's a great deal and they come out twice a year
I'll be renewing my plan.

This was my first experience using Thiele. They came highly recommended by someone I know. Their prices are fair and the scheduling process was easy. Communication was clear and Levi even arrived earlier than expected (also communicated clearly). He was easy to work with and did a great job. I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan as well to extend the life of my HVAC system.

I purchased a complete replacement of my home HVAC system (i.e., furnace, AC, thermostat, humidifier). Sales, installation, and service are impeccable. I weighed Thiele against four competitors, and they won. I couldn't be happier.

Mike Presley arrived 1 hour in the service window. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. His service was beyond exceptional. He had my furnace back up and running in less than 30 minutes. It was my first time using this business. They came with a strong recommendation from a friend of mine. He was right. They did excellent work at a very fair price. I forgot to say I called them around 9:00 and Mike was at my house at 1:00. Very impressive service.

Bryant was very courteous and professional. He addressed all my questions. Highly recommend.

Mike Pressley and new trainee, Matt were fantastic. I called as soon as the office opened today for an A/C issue and they sent the crew above out by 1pm the same day. They did a thorough check of the system and quickly diagnosed the problem. They cleaned the unit, fixed the issue and were done in under an hour. I bought my heat pump from Thiele and everyone that I have come in contact with at the company has always been professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They always answer all my questions and keep me fully informed of any issues with the system. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
