Mike Pressley has been my service technician for over a year. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and exceeds expectations. I can only hope I continue to have the privilege of his service for my HVAC. I cannot recommend him enough!
They stand behind their service. They make sure all is well and they will do whatever it takes to make it right!!

These guys are great. Helped us get our new furnace installed, up and running last year. This year they came in and did the yearly inspection to make sure that all is good.

Technician arrived timely. Was polite and asked if I had any concerns for him to address, but everything seemed to be running smoothly. He proceeded to check the furnace out and changed the filter I provided. He then indicated that the system was operating properly. I felt he had done a good job.

We had a great experience from the sales to the install of a new residential HVAC system. If you are looking to install Bryant, look no further. Amazing to work with!

Jackson did a great job tuning up the furnace. He was punctual and I have no complaints. This was one the best routine visits in a few years compared to other competitors I've used. The service package was reasonably priced too. He even addressed some concerns about the ac. Would recommend Thiele!

I hv been with Thiele Cooling and Heating for over 30 yrs. When it was located up the street from the Indpls Motor Speedway on W.16th St. The original owner was the father. He installed my Furnace and it lasted for 30 yrs. Anytime that I needed to contact this company for anything they were very respectful and responsive. I recommend this company for all your Heating and Cooling needs. They will not hype the prices, fluff the problem. Believe me, you need this company in your arsenal.

Tech came out earlier than expected which was nice. They were professional and kind. Their front office staff are easy to work with and schedule. Prices are fair. Highly recommend.

Its sad but in today’s world It’s truly hard to find people of integrity who take service seriously… lemmie tell you how lucky we are to of found these guys! Mike specifically!

He went above and beyond in helping my family and I, not only understand the issues we were facing, but various ways to go about fixing it. His knowledge and expertise helped us find the options that worked best for us and addressed all of our concerns in a realistic and efficient fashion that would improve the quality of our home

Service was quick and efficient!! Heat had been out for over 24 hours. Thiele came out and was able to diagnose and do a quick repair of our furnace. Didn’t expect to have the part available however our technician was able to locate the part and the furnace was up and running within an hour!!

Technician showed up on time and ready to go. Explained our issue and we discussed next steps. He then checked several areas of concern and located a couple of issues in which he promptly took care of. We are back in business with our system working properly. Our technician was knowledgeable, a good listener and very capable of the repairs.

Thiele is always so good to work with. Had a Technician out for our annual furnace maintenance. When he saw that the "water pad" on the humidifier desperately needed to be changed, I confessed that we had "skipped" our maintenance last year (just never got around to calling to schedule). No shaming, just helping us see why it is so important to change it, then showed us how we can change it ourselves if we want to. Great guy (we've never had a not-so-great guy from Thiele). They're the best!

The winter storm knocked out my furnace, and within 3 hours after my initial call, Thiele had sent Jackson to my house and he had us back up and running. He even gave me some helpful tips on helping heat the house more evenly, and troubleshooting tips for the future. My primary concern was making sure my wife and son had a warm place to live, and Thiele made sure we had nothing to worry about. I recommend them highly!!!! Thank you!!

My aes bills have been extremely high, around $700/mo for a 900sqft home. I had Jackson come out to evaluate. He was very thorough and tried his best to find anything that could be causing the bills to be high. Everything was perfectly fine with our outside unit, thermostat, and garage unit. Advised us to look into having our water heater evaluated. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. He was very informative of everything that he was checking and helped me to gain a better understanding.
