-
Impossible to reach via phone and never returns calls.
-
Everything about them is awful trust me do not us this company !
-
The security is good, but if you have a problem with your system hold on to your checkbook they charge hundreds of dollars a hour to fix it.
-
Rude and very unprofessional service. Word to those looking for security service. Go anywhere but with this company. They overcharge and threaten you. I have never had such a horrible home experience with a company
-
Best zoning systems in Indiana and the staff is super nice and willing to help any way that they can. The staff doesnt just sell the equipment, they are all trained to answer any question that you may have and they all are very knowledgeable.

This company bought Tyco and is absolutely horrible!! If you are thinking of using Tyco or Johnson Controls for your company's security system....DO NOT DO IT!! You should go with another company. I was with Tyco for 9 years with no problems and within a year...Johnson Controls ruined my image of security companies.

I answer the phones during the day at a business- I get a daily automated call from Johnson Controls regarding "important information about your account" asking to call an 866 number and then states the account number. Duh- do you really think that a robocall to a business is a professional way to get things done. If it were important would you not call and speak to whom was in charge?? Very unprofessional.

I wish I would have read the reviews before selecting this company for security services. Do yourself a favor and choose ANYONE but them. Terrible customer service, no one seems to know how to help their customers and they take forever to repair a system that was just installed two weeks ago! Please explain why it doesn't work and we just had it installed?? I knew something was off from the moment their "tech" was on site. He was almost completely incompetent. Wasted thousands of dollars to work with this sorry company!!!

A driver cut me off, attempted to run me off the road and almost hit my vehicle. I called to complain and was hung up on. I made 2 additional attempts to call and I was hung up on both times by 2 different customer service representatives.
-
Their 800 customer service line SUCKS. I can't wait to tell the Fire Marshall, according to JCI, they will get to you "when we can get to you. We have no way to schedule service at this time"
-
Johnson controls employs reckless drivers who almost cause accidents by going 90 and riding peoples tails
-
One of you drivers nearly caused a crash by cutting me off this morning at 6:15 am trying to enter a lane to get to 465 from 71st in a lane that doesn't go that way. Get this driver off the road. They had plenty of time to get there from behind me instead of driving like a reckless maniac
-
I think you ought to put your employees through a driving class before giving them a van. This guy was going 15mph and not letting me pass. Do better
-
Cool for hobbiest
-
We get our duct work from there Terry is an awesome guy.
-
They are prompt and professional. They are timely and always have positive results with any HVAC issues.

I had pmc fabbing for me for the last two years..I get what I asked for... whenever there's a doubt on my fab list they always call me... kudos to pmc...we all thank you from brs mechanical...

This company is awful. Strongly not recommend!! We called for fixing our walk-in cooler, and were told it can't be fixed due to the restriction. Received a bill that charges service fee of $127.5 for doing nothing. Quoted $5900 for doing everything, this is a robbery. We called the other group who did everything just for only $150. That's how PMC is working, making things bigger so they can make more money from you. Awful!!

Facing an unexpected boiler breakdown, I searched boiler repair near me and reached out to ClimateHVAC Heating and Cooling. The specialist came prepared, identifying a valve problem swiftly and repairing it on the spot. Interaction was professional yet approachable, with tips on preventing future issues. The house warmed up quickly afterward, far better than the sputtering heat we had. A small anecdote: he noticed our old insulation and suggested minor tweaks that boosted efficiency. Such attention to detail makes all the difference.
