I had my semi annual inspection today and John the tech was super. Friendly, professional, thorough and checked us out so we can stay up and running the rest of the summer. Thiele has earned our business because of their awesome service! We are very satisfied customers.

I called Thiele this morning because our AC was not working. The girl at the office was very professional and told me someone could be here this afternoon. Eric called to let me know he was on his way and was respectful of our property and worked hard to solve the problem. He stayed until the problem was fixed and he let us know what he was doing every step of the way. We will always call Thiele for our heating and cooling needs because we feel that they are fair in their pricing and will not try to sell us what we don't need. A satisfied customer.

I had Thiele out on a call for our heat pump not working correctly and everything went so well from the gal who answered our call and scheduled service for today to the wonderful technician, Jackson, who found the problem and went above and beyond to get it fixed for us. Thiele has always been all about taking care of their customers and we will always have them as our heating service.

Had our service tune up done today. Everything went very smoothly and our technician John was awesome. (We even have a common interest) Thiele is the best.

had our semi annual tune up and as usual the technician was here when he said he would be, checked all the systems and informed us of what he found, made a few recommendations and respected our home. Thiele is the best with great employees.

DJ was great! He is very knowledgeable, goes the extra mile, very helpful and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend DJ and Thiele!

I have been using Thiele since having them install my current HVAC many years ago. They are always nice, friendly, and above all, knowledgable and competent.

Because of the extreme heat, my first routine mantenance had to be rescheduled from July 7 to July 23rd because of other customer emergencies so I wasted a day waiting. On the July 23 schedule, the technician did not arrive until after 5:00 p.m., again because of other customer emregencies. Once arrived, however, the service was excellent and very thorough. Jackson answered my many questions and educated me on the settings and use of my system. I give Thiele five stars!

Levi was great. Took time to explain my humidifier filter replacement. Very personable and professional.

Our new furnace was not working, they came out within a few hours of our call to them. The technician quickly found the issue and corrected it. He also offered a few suggestions to help the furnace operate well.

I called them out to look at a water coming from my chimney. They were honest about what they could do and how I needed to see a mason/chimney company. They said my unit appeared well and didn't try to upsell me. Greatly appreciated.

Service of annual furnace tune-up
This visit was different than what is normally done by other company I used. Bryant was on time and professional.
He basically looked at the inside told me the condition of different parts, explained things and checked my thermostat to make sure buttons worked and that's it.
Normally, all this is done, plus the unit is tested at different temperatures, sometimes they vacuum the area and they always check the outside unit because it's a heat pump.

I must say Mike and his trainee came to my house today and did such an amazing job! He went above and beyond to answer my questions, give suggestions, and fix things. You can tell he is not only very educated on his craft but loves his job. He was very respectful and super kind to my dog. Would highly recommend asking for Mike for your needs going forward and this company for any heating/ cooling issues.

Levi is consistently helpful! He answers his phone when I have a question and tries to walk me through my thermostat, until I can’t do anymore! He came out the next day and answered my many questions. I like having a go to person for HVAC issues.

This is the first time we have had Thiele maintain our furnace. DJ was easy to talk to, thorough and efficient. We also appreciated that he did not try to sell extra furnace and duct work services to us

Tech, Mike Pressley did an outstanding job performing annual maintenance on our heating system spending more than one hour insuring that system was performing to maximin efficiency and was problem fee for upcoming winter. He was professional and went out of his way to insure that not only was everything in working order but also spent a great deal of time getting everything cleaned up leaving NO messes! Will definitely request Mike for all future maintenance.
