Extremely satisfied with Mission Mechanical. I called and they were able to send someone out the next day.
Our technician Adam went above and beyond. He answered all the questions we had. We are new home owners so we had a lot. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would 100% use them again in the future.

Brandon gave such great service, great explanation of the issue and options to consider. We were able get our service scheduled and completed within the week. We will definitely recommend the company.

Would not recommend working with Mission Mechanical.

Mission mechanical pulled and reset my toilets and a sink when we were having our floors redone. Once the job was done, one of the toilets was leaking and inoperable. The tech told me it’s not covered and they would charge about $300 to make the repair. Crazy considering I already paid them over a grand to do this job. Declined repair because I shouldn’t be charged more for something I already paid for and the “repair” price was ridiculous. It’s a $15 part..

Fast forward, next day another toilet is leaking all over my new floors. Now I have two inoperable toilets for a family of 5.

After the second toilet started leaking, I called in and spoke with someone named Amy in the office. She was very rude. She kept stating the repair is not covered, and I declined the repair and they have notes & pictures etc. Feels like she took time to build a case against me before calling me back. The phone call was super unproductive and it’s pretty clear she just called me to tell me to take a hike.

As a customer, it feels like Amy and Mission Mechanical don’t care about the people they’re doing work for. At the end of the day I paid a lot of money for them to reinstall two leaking toilets that I apparently need to fix myself so my kids can use the bathrooms.
Don’t waste your money here.

Mike at Mission was so great to work with and highly responsive. They took care of OUR emergency as if it was their emergency! Highly recommend!

We are a small local florist that relies heavily on our three coolers to keep our flowers fresh. When one goes down, it creates a significant disruption for our business. Ryan with Mission Mechanical has been our go-to for keeping our coolers running smoothly.

Recently, we had a cooler that wasn’t working properly, but every time someone came out to work on it, it seemed to be fine. Ryan took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system and found the smallest leak that had been causing the problem. Thanks to his diligence, he repaired the leak and got us back up and running.

We truly appreciate Mission Mechanical’s responsiveness and their eagerness to work with us, understanding that as a small business, big repairs can be a major headache. We would definitely recommend Ryan and Mission Mechanical for their expertise and outstanding service!

My issue was completely resolved and I was Extremely satisfied with the results from the team at MM! D-Andre was prompt, polite and professional. Also Patty in customer service was very helpful in answering my questions and working with me to provide information and arrange the service call. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Two gentlemen (2 brother's whose names I’ve forgotten, sorry) came out and very professionally installed our new furnace. They were kind and courteous while patiently enjoying the curiosity of my 2 year old grandson, as well as our large black lab. Installation went smoothly and they were able to get it all done in just a few hours.
The next day, furnace started rumbling and running way too fast. When we called, Cameron came out, identified the issue and fixed it in about 5 minutes. All is well.
We called on Mission in 2010 for a new full HVAC system and they did a great job then. This included several service and courtesy calls to make sure all was well, after installation. Because of this, decided to give them our business this time, as well. I’m happy to be able to share this story and have already given personal recommendations to family and friends.

My heat stopped working. I called Mission and they got right on it. Clayton and D-Andre came out within an hour or about-got to figuring out the problem. They were respectful, efficient and thorough. They checked the warranty and found the part in town and were out next morning to do the install. I will use Mission Mechanical for my HVAC needs!! Highly recommend! I just wanted to jump on here and express my gratitude for Stone at Mission Mechanical. I run a daycare center with 160 plus children and 30 plus staff members. We called to have someone come out and Mr. Stone showed up. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A couple of our classrooms were up to 85 degrees. He made sure to get us quoted and fixed in no time. The following week, another part of the building went out. We were first told it would be 2 days before someone could show up. Next thing I know, Stone is walking in and gets us back on track!

This is the best company to work with! From office to technicians - the communication is awesome and very transparent. You will definitely enjoy working with them.

I have been very impressed with Mission Mechanical. They have taken care of my rooftop units, demo of plumbing and interior ductwork and are providing all of the new ductwork for the interior of our space. I had the HVAC and plumbing inspected. They were detailed and explained the issues clearly.

MM was the only company that was willing to work on our standup freezer. Not only where they punctual, but they were good communicators and very affordable.

They showed up as scheduled, very personable, knowledgeable, professional and confident. Also, i had the estimate the next day.

Technicians did a great job on a challenging industrial job repairing a damaged electrical box. Would Recommend!

We had a kegerator that had been in need of repair for a while. We tried several appliance repair companies but found it very difficult to get anyone to come out. Ryan from Mission Mechanical was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offered us a a couple of repair options. He was very straightforward and did not pressure us in any direction. We are very happy with the work he did. Would recommend Ryan to anyone with commercial or residential refrigerating repair needs.
