Austin is absolutely fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work as a plumber. He went above and beyond what was required and even helped me with things that weren’t part of the original job at all. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the work was done right, and left everything clean and in great shape. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, and reliable plumber.

Leo did a fantastic job with an emergency repair of a pipe leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon. Summers in Broad Ripple dispatched him quickly and the work was completed within an hour and a half of my call. Leo was very professional and skilled. I was so impressed that I purchased a plumbing Service Maintenance plan!

Dallas was great! Was able to come out same day. He stayed late on a Saturday to help diagnose a drain issue. Super grateful!

I had a pipe burst at the plastic freezing prevention poly pipe that was put in about a year and a half ago to prevent pipes bursting. Interesting that this method does not work and i end up with a remediation bill plus $$650.00 to get rid of the plastic pipe. I would not recommend this freeze prevention to anyone.

Exceptionally helpful, Boone was great in putting together a good proposal. The install was ok. A few issues where there should have been none . Cracked a bit of drywall in the basement. And kinked the the new copper tubing which resulted in the. Having to solder in a patch. The thermostat was miswired into the furnace. (Corrected the next day after a call that the unit was not shutting off.)

Had a full HVAC replacement in 2020. Thiele wasn't the lowest quote, but they were professional and had the best warranty. Everything went well.

Minor break-down today (2020), capacitor failed in my AC. Mike the repairman was professional and friendly, he diagnosed the problem and effected a repair in only a few minutes.

Thiele has always taken great care of us. They are prompt and efficient and always help us out (family with three young kids). We like to request Mike P. because he goes above and beyond and our dog is comfortable with him which is very rare!

Be cautious with furnace repairs here. Even with a parts-and-labor warranty, they quoted $1800 for a heat exchanger replacement. I had the same repair done by another dealer for $350.

I've used Thiele for years now for my boiler system as well as my furnace. Today service technician DJ helped me with a furnace issue that was a mystery to me. He was professional, thoughtful with detailed attention to diagnose the issue & super friendly. Great communication skills. I'd be proud to refer Thiele, DJ & all their staff to anyone. Fairly priced to boot! What more can you ask! Hire local & avoid the regional HVAC chains!

Thiele HVAC has serviced our HVAC systems for many years and in particular their technician Mike Pressley. Mike made room in his very busy schedule to quickly come by to look at our AC system which quit working today. He took a quick look and listen and fixed it in fifteen minutes. Rather than a new compressor, at several thousand dollars, he replaced a condenser and the part and his labor was only $270. Cool air came gushing out and we are very happy. Thanks to Thiele and Mike.

Thiele techinican, Mike Pressley did an excellent job performing AC maintenance and corrected a small pipe leak. He explained why there was condensation on a vent pipe, gave me an estimate which I will have done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided stellar service!

I had a new HVAC system installed by Thiele in my previous home. Upon moving recently I asked that my maintenance program be transferred to my new home. I requested Mike to perform the maintenance check up because he diagnosed and fixed an issue for me previously and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. (See my review from last year)
Mike arrived earlier than expected along with his new intern, Matthew. Both were pleasant, professional and ready to jump right into performing the maintenance. Mike showed me a few areas of concern and took care of them during this same visit. They cleaned the outside unit so thoroughly that it now looks brand new inside and out.
I feel that Matthew is very fortunate to have Mike as his mentor not only as a technician but also in how to relate to customers in a positive, friendly, honest, professional way. I will always request Mike and his team for the maintenance and any issues that may arise with my HVAC system.

We've used Thiele for a few years now most recently to deal with some recurring damper issues we were having. Technician Mike Presley identified a complex issue and brought forth a creative solution that required a great deal of work. Our system is now functioning extremely well. Thiele is always responsive, courteous and can be counted on to address any issue in a timely manner.

My furnace was not getting above 60F during negative temps and I made a booking online and within 5 minutes I got a call for someone to come out that morning. Mike Presley arrived and checked out our furnace and diagnosed the problem quickly but spent some extra time to show me an inspection of the furnace with the camera he used. He let me know it was a filter issue and gave me a rough estimate on the timeline of my furnace. I know it will have to be replaced soon, and he totally understood. With the honesty of Mike and this business, I plan to reach out to them when that time comes. I would highly recommend Thiele, not only for their speediness to help, but their honesty and knowledge on repairs.

Thiele came out to do a furnace cleaning and tune-up on a house I’m selling. The tech was quick and efficient, finding an issue that was causing the owner’s electric bills to be outrageous (another big name local company didn’t find last week and only tried to upsell us). The tech didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. I’ll be recommending Thiele to all clients needing HVAC services going forward!

I'm revisiting this review and the only reason why is because I found out more about this company. They up charge you a ton and the employees barley see any guidance from owner/boss, it's a small business but did have a lot of accounts but the employees don't know as much as one thought after getting to talk to them. I hope the focus on hiring good quality people for themselves because I will not be calling again until read they are more efficient and more knowledgeable about heating and air.

I delivered a A/C unit and was unloaded quickly. I am writing this review to help any driver that delivers in the future. I strongly advise making your delivery the first thing in the morning. It will be very difficult to turn around during business hours if you are pulling a 48-53 foot trailer.

Whoever was driving the work van 081 about ran me, my wife, and my baby into some barriers on highway 37. We were both in the left lane, as it was turning into one lane the driver whipped around and speeded up so I couldn't merge. I had to slam on the brakes in order to not wreck. I called the number on the van and got service dept. I told them I wanted to complain about a driver and they hung up on me and I was blocked from calling back. People like that aren't someone I would want doing work on my house. 8/26/2024
