CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONE!

Great. Always get great service and if I can't find what I'm looking for here, they know where to refer me to.

There are three reasons to use this store:

1.) Chris Higgs- He is considered the greatest CSR of all time and has complete in depth knowledge of every Carrier/ Bryant unit that has ever existed. Along with this expansive knowledge, the dude has rocked every state in the midwest when he was a traveling sound guy. Legends will be told for centuries of his awesomeness and it is rumored that one day Willis Carrier himself will see him through the pearly gates.

2.) Tim Marrs- Fearless leader of the front line. He often finds himself ranked between Alexander the great and Julius Caesar on the list of greatest generals/ leaders of all time. His consistent guidance and problem solving has helped to ease the minds of customers and co-workers for the past decade.

3.) Dulton Coleman- This young up and comer will be a staple of quality customer service with Habegger for years to come. You can often see him striving to be better everyday and consistently going above and beyond for the customers coming in.

If you want it shipped to you they will tell you that they will and youll never get it. Then the day you are suppose to get it you call in and find out they didnt ship it. The sells rep on the phone was wane or wand something like that. This isnt the first time i have had issues with shipping from this company i think ill start going to koch air to get my parts at less they can ship the parts out.

They are out of business but was real good

Just called these guys. Told them what the problem was, a iginotor that's cost 20,they wanted to charge me 60. Told me there rate is 99.99 an hour for an 1 1/2 for work for something that took me 2 minutes to take off. So how does that equal an hour and a half worth of work. I am in construction and know all these places rip you off or over charge

These guys are everything you look for in a heating and cooling service company. On time, honest, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. Roger and Mike were great to work with and Roger even called after the service visit to see how it went. Excellent customer service and a class act.

So thankful for Sunbelt Rentals as the AC went out at our facility and they were the only people in town who were able to provide a temporary AC solution

Great place to get equipment, and supplies. Their new south side store is even bigger, and I was given a tour, when they first moved in. Quality people and equipment!

The employees at Habegger are knowledgeable and friendly. Who take the time and make sure that you have a good experience.

Evan n Josh always take care what I need done. They great making sure know what’s wrong n giving timeline of when part will be in. They friendly to staff and courteous went around guest in the lobby.
