No issues. But the guys answering the phone are not very pleasant and I'm pretty sure they hate their jobs. What is it about these midwest states and all these places where people are so miserable. What is so horrible in your life that you spread such negative vibes. Don't worry be happy life is too short smile more:-)

Stopped by to get a replacement part for my apu, picked up the wrong part and when I tried returning it after 25min they made a fuss about it. Skinny guy behind the service desk was rude and unpleasant. Vince from parts was really the only one pleasant to talk to there

Yuo guys wont belive this ,i stop for Tripac AC issues and they charged me for 200 dollars in parts almost 900$ in labor to change 2 connectors and that filter looking cup on the back of the cab ,i was thinking they are changing AC compressor

Went to another thermo king (not associated with this one) for some repairs on my apu. The other place claimed to fix the issue and the same night (a few hundred miles away) the damn thing didn't work. Same issue. I came to this location and was seen within an HR or so. Issue was diagnosed within the next HR an approx 45 mins later was fixed. The "other" location did not fix anything at all. Instead what they had "fixed" had to be undone. Lucky for me the tech that worked on my unit was able to PROPERLY diagnose the issue and get it fixed RIGHT this time. Issue has not returned. Big thanks to the guys here!

I came in with an expansion valve that went out and tech found d I had issues with other parts in the front I'm so glad and happy my trailer was repaired and it works like it's brand new... guys thx for giving my trailer car lol u are awesome

I check in 10:30am wait all day in their yard finally they let me know 8:00pm they can't take look my issue with unit and said come back next week they also said fcfs

This was a great place to deal with. They were efficient and friendly. They got to my bunk heater issue first thing in the morning and I was out before 10am. I can tell this ThermoKing is run professionally. The entire place outside, working bays and storage areas were squared away, clean and neat.

Arrived at 11am for a leaking APU line, waited 4-5 hours then got it fixed. They did a great job and was reasonably priced.

Called in asking about a code and if we are able to be seen quick and spoke to Jeff at the service center. An absolutely nice gentleman. I spoke to him few months ago I don’t know if he remembers me but I also called today same professional, kind demeanor.

Couldn’t ask for a better service and a better person to be helped by.

My trailer stopped working with multiple codes and it was loaded with frozen products. I called thermo king and they quickly took my information and connected me to the on call tech . He told me to meet him at the shop and I did in 30 mins . He arrived shortly after I did and pulled me in a bay and 30 mins I was done and on my way . Great service that possibly saved 44 thousand pounds of food . Thank you for your help sir

It Was great !!! They got me in the shop within 2 hours had me fixed in 2 and the mechanic was above and beyond standard. The gentleman was as professional as they come and explained what he was doing and why each step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone

I love the folks who work here, from techs to sales, parts and bosses inside. They’re all friendly and knowledgeable. Always did a great service on my equipment and some techs shared great knowledge while at it. Customers are not allowed in shop area but if they’re working on your equipment outside, some don’t mind you standing somewhere in the corner admiring their work. I’ll admit I’m one of those who like to watch and learn as much as possible when opportunity strikes. Work by them always gives me peace of mind knowing it’s done right and upto factory specs.

Great professional staff, organized and quick. Had generator issues arrived checked in and in minutes was in a bay. Knowledgeable techs move with a purpose and answer any question.

My codriver and I had sudden refer unit problems and this shop got us in and running. Every one in the shop was nice and friendly. I can even say in a bad situation I had a good time.

Wasn't impressed by the guy that worked on my apu .. I told him it was low on freon and he said he clean the evaporator drain and put on A water pump belt .. it was warranty and my warranty goes out in 2 weeks ..it's still low on freon so I'm gonna have to take it somewhere else or do it myself

Got me in fast, fixed my esbar heater for my Trk in less than 3 hrs. Friendly staff. I've been here a couple of other times with different issues on my Tri Pak, got me going, NO complaints. Divers lounge with a TV, restrooms available.

Great, they explained everything that was needed and done.
