This is end of February and he still won't return my calls and wont replace my heater i paid for. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I picked a one because I could not choose a 0.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE OWNER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE PUT A NEW HEATER IN MY HUSBAND HAD TO HELP HIM WE HAD TO PIRCHASE PARTs FOR HIM. ITS MAKING A NOISE HE IS SUPOOSE TO REPLACE IT AND HAS NOT DONE IT. I HAD TO CALL THE BBB AND NOW HE WONT RETURN MY TEXT MESSAGES.

He wanted me to paypale a personal account he kept calling them wanting his money made me over draft was charged twice. He put a heater ment for California in our house it won't work and he won't fix.. 4 babies in house no heat and nobody else can fix it because wrong heater.

Do Not Use this company I am warning you now, the guy didn't really know what he was doing, had to help with the install also had to run him to hardware store and by parts they offer a warranty and then they will not call or answer your calls or even get back with once again be warned and I would not recommend this company read the reviews he didn't pay for

What a phenomenal company. I went to 3 different companies before I was recommended these guys. So glad that I had them do a second opinion. Saved me thousands of dollars and were absolutely professional and so knowledgeable. Truly masters of their field. Go to them first!!!

Worst service I have ever received. My warranty company set an appointment for them to look at my non working a/c, I had to call them to verify my appointment otherwise I wouldn't have gotten on the schedule. The tech was late, didn't call and then called to say he was past my house (he supposedly didn't have my address) but could come late or the next day. He texted me the next day finally saying my a/c couldn't be fixed because he couldn't find parts even though he didn't even look at it. I called the after hours number and they were helpful at first. They were suppose to come Sunday but didn't call or show up. My neighbor (found out that's what he does at work) looked at it and is fixing it right now.

Father and son team did a great job. From the initial visit consultation through completion. I had 3 other business out prior, and this was bar the best explanation of choices provided. Not sales at all.

Owner installed wrong ac unit( a cheaper, low btu) installed incorrectly and uncompleted, lied, damaged hardwood flooring, left debris, etc. Currently going through legal means to recoup damages from his work and complete reinstall by qualified provider. Have given multiple chances over 6 months, even paid for the unit upfront because owner couldnt.

The technicians were very professional. They came out and installed a cooling unit for my home. One technician helped me to clean the return duct because I could not climb a ladder due to vertigo. Very polite and efficient!

Brian and Jesse were extremely professional and thorough. We received many bids but by far their pricing was the best. We were thrilled with their work and I would recommend them highly.

Dealing with CES was a positive experience. He came out the same day I called and tried to find me parts to save me money. He kept in contact with the updates and showed up to do the repair on time and put up with my endless questions. Will call again next time I need something done.

We converted our attic into a 4th bedroom that we are using as an office. We contracted CES energy to install a mini-split HVAC system, electrical, and data (ethernet) to the attic; services were originally “done” in March 2022. We spent almost $8,000 with them and while the HVAC and electrical were complete, they have yet to complete the data wiring, so we have no internet in a space that is supposed to be primarily used for an office.

I have tried to work with both Brian and Jesse since 06/24/2022 to get someone out here to complete the work. Brian started off responsive, but then stopped responding completely; the same thing happened when I reached out to Jesse a couple of weeks later.

I simply want the services completed that they were contracted to complete.

8/9/2022 Update: Jesse had Will come by to complete the data cable installation, so the work has been complete.

Amazing Service!! Jesse is such a great guy to work with! On time always answer all my text messages! We’re now calling them our “go to company” for anything related to electric and AC! Will definitely use them moving forward for anything that we have at our retail stores. Highly recommend it! Don’t look anywhere else :-)

Called in for my a/c compressor that stopped working, he came out to me right away and did everything he can to get it working again. Got the job done in no time, any other tech would take the easy way and tell you to replace the whole system. These guys are honest, professional and very knowledgeable with old school and new school systems. I’d definitely call them in the future.
