After reading multiple comments about Thermo King, I was very skeptical about even coming here. But I decided to give this company a try. My technician was Ben, I must say he was phenomenal. He answered all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He got me in and out and very reasonable amount of time.

I work with this shop at work and they have excellent service and communication. Jason, Jeff and the team rarely keep us waiting, and the shop is open late which is great for after hours. No one wants a breakdown, but I know if it happens in Indianapolis it'll be fixed right and quickly.

Good spot, came here for an APU PM. About an hour wait, FCFS opens 7am. PM took an hour.
Labor rate is $175/hr. PM is $380 with tax/fees. Same as other locations. Staff were nice. Waiting area was good and clean.

Need HVAC service done and your in Indiana here the place to go. We had to have our APU3 worked on and it got knocked out and runs better than before.

I brought my apu in because it had suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Tony was polite and professional. He quickly found the problem and had it fixed and me out of there in no time.

I had a reefer alternator problem. The Gentleman who worked on the unit was quite polite and professional. He explained everything to me, and replaced the alternator n got it going.
Great service n thanks again.

If I could give 6stars I would they got me in took care of the problem and then let me take a little break. Awesome people quick service.

Generally all around great experience they go thru and allow me to ask questions and they explain in ways I understand. Great place to come for help.

Don't go north on Holt. South to Morris, turn left to Tibbs, turn left again. Height restriction is other side of the location. Almost immediately seen to, and paid up and ready to roll inside three hours. Only draw back was the part cost flippin' $740, and I'm not sure what labor generally costs for reefer maintenance, but it was an additional $300 for less than two hours of work.

On 12/07/2024 at 10:45am i visited thermoking facility here to get my refer fixed. The guy told me to wait and then asked me to pull refer to the bay. He fixed the refer (just tightened the hoses) and then he said that he is going to charge after hour labour. He might have told me before about the charges because thats too expensive for me i have gone to some other mechanic or might fixed it later. Thats bullshit never gonna come back to this facility because of this guy.

The service here was exceptional! David R and Nate T are very great at their jobs with excellent customer service. We had been to three Thermo Kings in the last seven days and this was the best one by far!! Thank you for fixing our reefer!!!!!

I don't know who sees them as professionals.... Arrogance is what I see!
