This place is exactly what you see on Google maps. If you come with a trailer, there's hardly no room in the back. Other than that the service is very good. The only thermo king that i know that stays open till 11pm and half of a day on Saturday.

Stay away these people told me to fix the part . While do oil chnge and i had no issues before .but still they insist to chnge it and charge me unreasonable
Trust me they have some kinda commission on parts or something

They refused to see my loaded reefer for a repair even though they told my driver to come in one hour prior after he explained the issue. Stay away!

Just a ripp off. We sent a truck there to fix APU unit. They spent 7 hours on diagnostics, charged $783.55 to tell that we need to spend $6500 to replace main board wire and more my apu just have a problem fuse . We just paid for diagnostics and left. i did my self now run my apu, please don,t go thermo king

Wisconsin Thermo King told me my trailer needed a 3k$ injector pump replacement, I came here and they replaced a relay within an hour that cost me a couple bucks.

The mechanics must be on commission
Fixed a bunch of stuff i dont need
And still had that same problem
I called them back to complain and they said they didnt have the part to fix me
THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART BUT STILL BILLED ME $1100.00 AND I STILL HAD SAME PROBLEM

Professionals,good working mechanics, from checking in to payments office, less than 2 hours work time,,charging fair prices.

I went in for service on 12-2-18 for my apu. After 7 hrs waiting mechanic found me and told me I was good to go. I fired up the apu and it worked. After driving 6 hours I stopped for the night and apu would not start. I checked into tk in savanah ga two days later, spent 7 hrs to have same unit fixed with same symptoms fixed again. Nice people in Indy but apparently didn’t know how to work on apu’s. Wouldn’t recommend your shop in the future.

They are first come first serve, so if they are busy you might be waiting for a while. That said, they got me in quickly, the tech diagnosed the problems and gave me the options without any pressure or judgement then fixed it quickly.

Night shift - they did a good job and they are kind people with honest answer to my questions .Thank You for Your hard work. This country needs more people like You.

Awesome shop, they pulled my truck into the shop within minutes of checking in with the service dept. After a few hours I had my truck back. Had the Alternator replaced and a PM done on my APU.

This should be the example store for all Thermo King's in big cities, they are open until 11p! Pretty quick service for what we needed, temp readout. We were there for about 2hrs with 2 trucks before us.

My APU wouldn't start. The service manager Jeff Fallwell went above and beyond to get it up and running. He personally worked on it
and found faulty wiring and gave full service maintenance. He and the shop we're awesome and professional above what was expected. Thank you

Great service. Reefer broke down while hauling frozen foods. Went in waited a few hours for my turn, and a few hours to get fixed. Seemed like honest and professional people.

Just had work done on my APU and wanted to say how nice it is to trust the people working on it! They are not parts changer’s….been there done that! Larry and Steve are very good at diagnosing the problem first! Thanks again!!!

Got me in quick and had my APU fixed and on my way in 2 hrs. Easy in, park and easy out.
