Just drove 6 mi behind one of the Vans impeding traffic down Pendleton Pike driving left lane 35 mph heavy set guy with long beard

As other reviews state they have problems with aggressive driving! I have two BABIES in the car and the guy was riding my back end super agressively

Dennis was great and took care of our plumbing problems fast and efficiently.

Called for repair of our garbage disposal and calibration of our double oven on 4/1/21 and was told someone would be out 4/2 (Friday). I requested to be pushed to Monday, April 5th. On 4/2 I received a voice message that due to heavy call volume they would not be able to provide service for 2 weeks (4/16). As of 4/19, they stated that because we failed to return their call and confirm the two week delay for service was acceptable our request for service was cancelled. When I tried to reschedule I was told that they could put us back on the schedule but didn't know when or IF they would be able to provide service. Don't waste your time calling for service...they're too busy.

Unsafe driver! Weaving in and out of traffic, flipping his brights at people and speeding up to try to cut cars off. I would never recommend service from someone so unprofessional that shows signs of road rage while driving! Someone could be seriously injured by your lack of consideration.

I can't speak for the service itself but I just wanted to shout out one of the team members who got out of their vehicle and went into the highway to pick up a large traffic cone that was causing a significant backup. Thanks for going above and beyond and I'm glad you're safe!

I want to give a big shout out to Deaton's Mechanical but mainly Scott Earl who has managed my project. If you have the opportunity to have Scott manage the mechanical portion of your project you will be in great hands & I highly recommend his expertise, professionalism & follow through! I have been in a terribble general contractor scenario who has not shown up to scheduled meetings, not communicated their schedule with Deaton's which has made it extremely challenging for Scott's team to cordinate their work. Through all of the unprofessionalism from the general contracting side Scott hung in there with me & gave me a piece of some sanity! The only part of my project that has went well is the mechanical side thanks to Scott & his team who I want to give a big shout out of thanks to! So many unprofessional trades companies out there that can't be trusted thankfully Deaton's is one of the good guys you can put your projects hands in & sleep well at night knowing it will be done right & on time.

Evan does an awesome job every time he comes in. Always willing to work with you and show you things as well as explain everything.

Dennis has been our plumber tech for 5 years now. Always communicative on arrival and working efficiently. He consistently looks for most cost effective way to fix the issues at hand.

Was going to give the guy the job until I Asked for a breakdown of his estimate and the guy flipped out.

Said it was disrespectful to ask for a breakdown and that he was offended.
I was just trying to justify $3000 to $4000 worth of labor in one day.
And then he went on to the extent to tell me how my house is a piece of shit because i asked for a breakdown.

So besides talking about disrespect, I would never have this person in my house On any level nor for any service Work, if he did actually put it in.

As a Tacobell AGM I’ve experienced a lot of different things from Deaton’s, Evan is definitely a reliable employee and works his hardest to get the ice machines up to cleanliness standards each time he comes out! He had his work cut out for him today and gave me the best feedback to help my store. I’ve seen him at many locations and have never had a problem out of him. Way to go Evan!
