We had our furnace leaking air due to badly installed area on top of the furnace. Gabe from Pro comfort came on time resolved the issue and also advised us on fixing the duct issues we were having. He went above and beyond what was asked for and was very professional thru' out the appointment. Would recommend him all the time.

Gabe came out to my house today. I've had multiple technicians look at my heat pump. Gabe was the first one to find the coolant leak and properly diagnose the problem. The others just gave me speculation. He was also a well-mannered gentleman and gave me his personal business card in case I had questions, which none of the other technicians did. Getting my AC fixed has been
a long and incredibly frustrating process, so I was incredibly relieved to get such high quality service. I will recommend Pro Comfort to anyone I know with HVAC problems.

Our technician, Gabe, was wonderful. He discovered the problem in no time and put in a request to order the needed part for our unit, instead of just telling us we needed to replace the whole HVAC unit. The first company that came out couldn't figure out the problem and dismissed what I was telling him. Pro Comfort was called in for a second opinion and Gabe was great. He listened to me describe what we were experiencing and was able to identify the issue. He got the replacement part and had it installed quickly and now everything works perfectly.
