our heat went out today a saturday. I have paid for priority for 7 years. The monthly fee which is supposed to grantee priority service. I called to get someone out due to our house already down to 64 degrees. I was told the earliest was wednesday. we will freeze by then!! very disappointed in their service. I called another company and they had someone out within an hour due to the cold temperatures. Godby lost a loyal customer today.

Once again, Jahsan accurately diagnosed our toilet and faucet problem and took care of it. He’s not only an excellent plumber, he’s also very professional, courteous and takes the time to make sure it’s correctly fixed.

From start to finish, my experience with Godby was excellent. I was able to schedule an initial appointment online which is so convenient. Everything else was communicated via text, including a 20 minute warning when they were on their way. This text included the technician's picture and some fun facts about them. They were friendly, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very clean installation and walked us through the WiFi connected app to control our system remotely. This is our 2nd HVAC purchase between (2) homes through Godby and we are completely satisfied. We have used Godby HPE to repair and service our aging furnace and AC for years. During that time, they performed professional, timely, and on-time repairs and services. When it was time to finally upgrade our system, they were our first choice based on their past performance.

The entire process from estimating to final installation were flawless - and seamless. The estimate included what was need - not what they wanted us to buy - and they provided options to choose from. They also identified all of the applicable utility rebates and government tax credits each estimate package qualified for - including the dollar amount to inform our decision. They will also assist with the submission for the rebates. The two-person crew was on time (actually a few minutes early), professional, and efficient. By late afternoon, we had a new furnace and AC installed, commissioned, and running. Did they encounter some challenges during the installation? Yes. Did they resolve them? Absolutely - by getting the proper parts that day and doing it right. They do not cut corners. Their fees for service, installation, and equipment are competitive. Rafael was professional, friendly and efficient. He explained everything before, during and after the installation. His co-worker was also very helpful (unfortunately I do not recall his name) Great company, highly recommend. Amber was also great to work with for the initial purchase

Bill was very nice. He assessed our system, took photos of the trouble areas, explained what he saw, let us know who long the systems should last, estimated how much replacement parts would be, and made recommendations on what he saw.

Kenny came out to our house yesterday and was able to get our A/C unit stood up on it's last legs for the rest of the summer. He helped me avoid what could have been a $1200+ repair. He spent nearly all day at our home getting the problem solved, Godby waived the labor and refunded me for an unnecessary A/C recharge I had received from another technician two months prior. Kenny also was able to seal up the vent where the previous homeowner had a humidifier that was no longer functional when we purchased the house. Stephanie was also great with making sure everything got scheduled and that my concerns were addressed. Happy to have a habitable home for the first time this summer. :)

Bill was friendly and professional. Drained and serviced the water heater. Did furnace maintenance and installed a LED whole house air purifier.
