Had out for faucet installation and tech gave me the solution of simply using an adapter which I could do myself. So honest and trustworthy that they did this and not try to sell me something I don't need. Highly recommend.

Jorge gave me advice, quote and got my outlet installed, even when it turned out to be a lot more work than anticipated. He also labeled where my plugs were on the breaker box. A nice, knowledgeable person who did a great job. I'll definitely use Godby and ask for Jorge again the next time I need electrical work done. Godby was very professional, scheduled me in just a couple of days and emailed/called to remind me. I am very pleased with their work and my overall experience.

We recently started another small project in our master bathroom in which I discovered a massive plumbing issue - a leak in one of the pipes in the wall thats been going on for who knows how long. Black mold, corrosion, and fear of a massive plumbing and remediation bill. One of their plumbers - Jahsan came in and understood the problem and our anxiety with the situation. He was incredibly professional and up front with what he was going to do and what the possible outcomes might be.

Jahsan fixed the problem with the pipe - as tricky as it was, and provided follow up instructions on how to move forward with closing up the wall.

This is what I’ve come to expect and love about Godby HPE after having them at the house 4-5 times over the past year - Their professionalism, attention to detail, and RESULTS.

Great service! Our water heater flooded our first floor a few months ago and Godby was so helpful sending out a technician right away. They had great recommendations of other companies to use to help with remediation and repairs and got the job done quickly and well. They are very communicative and always clear on pricing.

I had the best experience and highly recommend Godby. John Majors was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He ensured the project was designed and executed properly. The installation was seamless with Kody Marshall. There was another tech on the job but I can’t remember his name.
