We’ve now used B&W Electrical multiple times and have been pleased each time. Specifically, Bruce Carpenter has worked on our home projects and he’s done a great job each time. He’s polite and discusses options with you, so you understand what will be done before any work begins. I would absolutely recommend Bruce and B&W for your electrical project.

We had a great experience with B & W Plumbing and Heating. Chastity came out to do routine maintenance on our heat pump and furnace and also checked our humidifier. She was very thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and what she was checking along the way. Chastity was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the visit. We really appreciated her attention to detail and clear communication. Highly recommend B & W and Chastity for HVAC maintenance!

I needed an urgent assessment of my failed tankless water heater on a Saturday. B&W's plumber was at my residence within an hour of my call. He examined the water heater and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He was very honest about the situation including the possibility that replacing the failed parts might not completely resolve the overall situation. He went back to his shop to check whether there might be used spare parts which he could use to get my heater running immediately and determine ASAP whether additional repair would be necessary. He did all this knowing that I would likely not purchase a new unit from his company of that would be necessary due to the financial considerations. Very professional but personable and considerate. Would use them again in the future, and strongly encourage others to at least give them a try.

We are taking on a major kitchen remodel and I needed the name of a good plumber. A friend referred me to Dave McDonough at B&W. Plumber Dave and his assistant came out, looked over the job, and gave us a very fair quote. They began work today on moving a vent stack in a bulkhead over the cabinets. They were clean and quick and very skilled in their trade. As the project moves along, they will be adding a new gas line for a stove, and moving supply lines and drains for the sink and refrigerator. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

We had B&W out to replace two toilets with Toto Washlets. Michael was our assigned plumber, and he and both of his assistants provided excellent service. The bidets were installed properly, and they paid attention to all details, keeping workspaces protected, clean, and tidy. Michael was communicative throughout the process too, further enhancing our positive experience. They were especially patient with our grumpy dog (who refused to be a good host all day). I would highly recommend this company to friends/family, and we will be certain to call them back to our house should any plumbing needs arise down the road.

They installed our hot water heater last January—in the middle of winter—and handled everything end-to-end: clear options (including upsizing capacity), fast installation, cleanup, and disposal. They’re consistently tidy, punctual, and great at updating us on arrival times, progress, and follow-ups. Pricing was also competitive.

We’ve since used them for HVAC tune-ups, plumbing, and electrical inspections. Every technician has been professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. Their reports and write-ups are clear and thorough. I’ve never felt pressured into a maintenance plan; I asked about it myself because their service has been so solid, and the value has been great.

They’ve even helped with a few no-cost troubleshooting items, like water pressure issues, which was incredibly helpful. During this summer’s heat wave, they were able to send someone out quickly to diagnose and fix our AC without any upselling—just honest root-cause analysis and great follow-up to ensure everything stayed working.

Their HVAC tune-up was especially great—they left us with several high-quality filters (one per month until the next visit), and they even offer things like salt drop-off for water softeners. The admin team is also fantastic at scheduling, especially when something urgent comes up, and they work around our availability.

Overall, B&W has been reliable, comprehensive, and wonderful to work with. It’s been a huge benefit having one company that covers HVAC, plumbing, and electrical in-house. We definitely look forward to continuing with their whole-home premiere plan—hopefully we won’t need them often, but their maintenance and service have been top-notch.

Blake our Tech arrived on time with the repair parts on hand. Diagnosed the issue and had our furnace up and running properly in under an hour. Professional and personable. Great experience. The service manager was also a pleasure to talk with and was able to get a tech out to see us in short order.

What impressed us most was how thoroughly he communicated with AES on our behalf — he went above and beyond to make sure the problem was being addressed properly and without delay. I called B&W back in 2001 and had them do some work regarding burying my sump pump line because it kept freezing.I was very pleased with the work that was done back then.
Now in March 2026 I called them again to do some work finding a break in a sump pump line in another place.
Dontril and Justin repaired two places and did an awesome job!
Both men were very nice, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, repaired the breaks in the pipes and cleaned up everything with no problem.
B&W has the great service and knowledge again in 2026 just like 2001 !
I will call and request Dontril and or Justin again when i have a need in my home.

Michael evaluated the sump pump continuously running. He explained the problem to me and then proceeded to do the repairs. I appreciated the photos he took for me and how well, they cared for my basement, putting everything back in place when they were done. Very glad he was the one that responded to my call today

We had what we thought was a pipe burst in our garage that resulted in water flooding into our mudroom, and coming into our basement from the ceiling. It happened In the evening, and to avoid expensive “emergency” repair costs, my husband turned our water off, which allowed us to delay seeking help until the next day. In the meantime, our neighbor had given us your company’s info, saying they had received great service from you! So that night, we called 2-3 plumbing companies and yours was the only one they returned our call that night. The customer service rep was courteous and friendly and explained that someone would be out the next day at 9 AM. Mitchell, was the plumber who showed up promptly at nine! He was friendly, professional, and we appreciated his level of expertise! He came right in assessed the situation, explained the cause and provided us with a reasonable cost to make the repairs. He also took a look at what could possibly be causing an intermittent sewer odor we’ve been dealing with for almost 5 years… Mitchell went above and beyond any other plumbers we’ve had out ..found the cause and made that repair as well! We came away with a very reasonable bill, which was a great relief because often times plumbing/HVAC companies charge astronomical prices! So overall, our experience with your company, and Mitchell was outstanding!
