Called to get pricing on a part and was told they only sell to companies not to the public. While the person answering phones was pleasant unfortunately they limit the public on being able to do their own repairs. Hopefully they rethink this aspect of their business in the future and possibly broaden their customer base.

I make sure stop at a different Johnstone before I come this way. You guys suck.

not friendly for semi truck be careful it doesn’t seem u could get stuck but i did just make sure slide your tandem to the front i was backing up my right landing gear got stuck and my trailer tire was on the hill doesn’t seem its that big hill but the way the parking lot is set up its just weird i will post the video just go slow and get out and look! I just paid 550 for tow truck!!!

The air conditioner wasn't producing chilly air. It seemed more like heat than cold air when I first turned it on. The unit is back up and functioning after Emergency Maintenance Company responded the same day, cleaned, and recharged it. I think it was well worth the money since I can't bear being hot.
