Brian H. came out initially to do the inspection, to make sure he understood our needs, and to generate the quotes for us. He explained the benefits of each quote so we could make and informed choice.
He, Julian N., and David T. came to remove our old HVAC system and to install our new system. They were polite, professional, and efficient.

We just bought a new home and had Brian from Integrity Mechanical Service come out for a spring AC check-up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our HVAC system and walk through both attics to address a hot area of the home. He gave great tips on insulation and future upgrades. Excellent, personal service—we’ll definitely use them again!

Brian came diagnosed and fixed the problem in a quick manner. He’s by far the best HVAC mechanic I’ve had since I’ve moved here to Fishers. His communication skills and knowledge of the work is excellent. But his character trumps them all. Trust is not synonymous in this industry. Brian can be trusted to give you the right advice and recommendations.

I had to call for my hot water heater to be looked at on a Saturday and just knew I wouldn’t be able to get anyone. David was able to inspect and repair my hot water heater within about 3 hours. I was so grateful as it is December with snow on the ground and I was not looking forward to taking cold showers over the weekend. lol. David was professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

I had Integrity come out and install mini splits in both of my buildings I had built and they were quick and did excellent work. I would not hesitate recommending this crew for anything they are A++.

Brian was very understanding and work with my family when we were sick and had to put things on hold for a bit. When we were better he made sure we were put on the schedule asap. While he was installing our new furnace I noticed our water heater was leaking. He understood my dilemma and made sure we got the right water heater for the right price. Very happy with his service and would use this company again. Very trust worthy.

Great family owned business! Jason Responded within 10 minutes after my call when my system was hit by lightning helped me through the process day of and with insurance. Jason and Family replaced HVAC system all same day. Everything was clean and efficient.The family is the work crew they do most of the work not a hired HVAC technician.

This is a very nice family-owned business they are very responsible and understand what they're doing there really will take care of you no overpriced anything that will tell you if something is wrong said of just fixing it or not fixing it all to make it worse really enjoy these people I love them keep up the good work
