Very prompt in responding to inquiry and getting us a quote. Very friendly. Unfortunately, the actual performed work is of very poor quality and I had to call them back out twice to fix obvious/sloppy mistakes (didn’t repair drywall correctly during bathroom remodel, countertop end piece cut in crooked fashion, shower liner cut in crooked fashion). They forgot to paint our ceilings prior to painting the walls, despite this being discussed during the walk through. They then came back and painted the ceilings, but did such a poor job of it that I will not have them back in my house. To their credit, they did respond to these mistakes by offering to fix them, but the work is just….bad. If you need a cheap remodel for a rental, these might be your guys. If you want quality work performed, look elsewhere.

My AC stopped working and even the thermostat was off last evening. I Texted Brian and in a few minutes he called. A work ticket was immediately created and at 9:25am I received notification that he was on his way.

Had water leaking behind the dryer vent and then saw water leak on the laundry room ceiling. My husband and I thought it was a plumbing issue. Found Integrity Mechanical Service from Thumbtack and was immediately contacted by them. They said a technician would be able to come the same day, which was great since we didn't want the leak to increase! David from the company came and thoroughly inspected the laundry room and other areas that could cause water leak. He was able to identify the cause quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what had caused it. Great communication and great work! Would definitely hire again!
