Accu-Temp Comfort Systems USA was the HVAC contractor on our new church building. We moved into the building in May of 2014. Since that time, we have had nothing but problems with our system. It is exceedingly complex and Accu-Temp has been of no help in assisting us in its operation. They are more than happy to send their parts changers out to us to fix what is broken, but those people know nothing about the computer interface that we must use to control the HVAC system. We were told from day one that we could not have remote access to the controls interface. I called a different HVAC contractor and the first thing they did was to set up my laptop so that I could log into our control system from my house. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am in Comfort Systems, but I'll leave it at this: When it comes time for us to do a building expansion, Comfort Systems will not be bidding on the project.

Josh has been maintaining our HVAC filters for several years. It is harder than ever to find reliable vendors these days but FSI is always on schedule. They are respectful and tidy and they go over and above to install missing belts and communicate potential issues. GREAT business partner!!

came out 1030 at night to look at my ac. Not only did he have the part in his truck but he checked everything out and got it all running right .

Quality work can diagnose anything and fix or replace if needed would recommend this for anyone who needs a heating and air.
