Professional drivers delivery. Check-in is conducted at the well lit office with all the windows. I arrived at 12am for a 8am unload there is plenty parking on the street. Unloads take place behind the building in lot where the huge water tank sits.

Amazing customer service. Always on top of it as soon as you walk in the door. Awesome people!

Fast unloading, just make sure you call days before to let them know you're heading to deliver.

These guys are very nice, entrance is on 33rd st. receiving end is one entrance past the main entrance just beyond the water tower, but probably need to check in at the store front first.

This is not a professional, it is a lone guy who didn't show up to an appointment and didn't bother calling to advise and reschedule. Coldest weather on record in the state, it was a mistake giving this guy a chance.

Never called never showed, I consider the company who hired them more responsible American home Shield. I tried to leave voicemail only to be called back and told not to leave anymore I would be contacted when he could get back with me. Guy has no good reviews, American Home shield supposedly called and got an appt withing 5 mins to which he never showed. Another missed day of work. They won't reassign me another contractor, and won't return my fee for appt that I never have had. I'm done.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, and left the place as clean as they found it. If we need help again, Basic is who I'm calling.

Alycia was as thorough of a technician in have ever seen. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know perfectly. She didn't give the vibe of trying to over sell or find something wrong just to make an extra buck. Her demeanor put me at ease of that. She did an outstanding job overall.

Hands down BEST HVAC team around! Not only do they have best prices in town, but the owners? Total rockstars! They know their stuff, they’re honest, and they don’t mess around when it comes to keeping your cool in the summer and cozy in the winter.

We had issues with our air conditioning and had a different company come out and say our HVAC was not repairable and required replacement and quoted us a whole new unit! Basic HVAC and their team came out and had a fix for the unit and ended up being a small repair to the blower motor. We had AC back same day and a fraction of the price!! Hands down the best!

Had a tune-up done to the entire HVAC system and duct-cleaning performed. Both of the crews that arrived were very polite, professional and prompt. Communication was KEY with the guys working and they informed me of what their process was and why. Cost was more than competitive and scheduling around my needs was accommodated without any grief. Recommend this company to anyone interested and was more than impressed with the professionalism and care given to my home.

Great contractor and awesome group of men.

He did a great job reinstalling the 1x4 LED ceiling light. He worked fast and cleaned up after the work was done. He did great job finding and installing the replacement can lights in the Fireplace Cafe.

Will was as professional as they come and has the most honest customer service. As a business manager myself, this is the type of work you want from an employee and this is the type of employee you keep long term.
