Use to be really good but now it's impossible to even get someone to talk to you or fulfill your service contract.

This is not a plumbing company they sell and lease printers and plotters and the customer service is not great. They never return calls or pick up the phone. We have been trying to get an issue rectified with them for months now. Very sad.

The plumber that came to our house was a breath of fresh air. Really respectful and was careful not to make a mess. He was polite and efficient, fixed the problem without any hassle.
