Had the "weird" part, (lowes doesn't even stock and can't order) and it was inexpensive, as opposed to $$$$$$ GREAT PEOPLE to do business with!

This place is the best supply house in indianapolis. .. All of the people are extremely friendly and courteous . They carry Rheem water heaters and have a huge selection of residential and commercial products to choose from .....also carry Zoeller sump pumps....
The only down side I can think of is they have stopped serving breakfast doughnuts or other snacks any longer in the mornings... They used to be on the ball and serve biscuits and gravy on occasion and have fresh bagels but Molly is getting sloppy in her duties...

I AM NOT A PLUMBER ! went to Winthrop because my late father in law swore by them and I had a leaking bathroom faucet. Counter guy listened to me looked at the old parts and knew exactly what I needed and even explained how to remove the old seats and springs and install the new faucet stem. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with what I needed and finished the job in 30 minutes!
THEY ARE AWESOME THANK YOU !!!
