Had water coming from ceiling vent and around water heater. Called Mister Water Heater around 4pm and at 9:30 going to jump in shower. Lucas came to our rescue with prompt and great service!

I don't leave reviews, as a rule, but this should be heard. I got 4 quotes for my hot water heater replacement. Mister Water Heater was literally half of what most of the quotes were. Peterman Bros quoted me over 3500.00 for the same water heater that Mister Water Heater offered for less than half of that cost. They were also 900.00 less than the best quote I had gotten! Not only that, but they installed it the same-day. They were friendly, accommodating and fair. I am glad that I found them and will call them first from now on. Save yourself some time and frustration. Just call these guys.

I really like the fact that their prices are shown online, and their prices include install, along with the removal of the old water heater. I would definitely recommend them for your water heater needs, and would use them again!

We thought we had to purchase a new water heater because it would not stay lit. Lucas, the inspector/repairman solved the problem within five minutes. We did not have to get a new tank. He was able to reset it. I needed to write this review because of his humble, polite and understanding manner. He offered to take out the old tank that had been sitting in basement for a while, I was so relieved and blessed cause this was something he did not have to do. This was the second time that I had Mr. Water Heater at my home both times excellent service and always customer friendly would definitely call these guys again . My service person‘s name today was Lucas and I feel he did a very good job and was very knowledgeable!

I called Mister Water Heater around 10 am and was asked if I would be home the rest of the day! Within the hour I received a call saying a service person would be here between 12-2. Lucas arrived , introduced himself, shook hands and got to work. He identified the problem and quickly made the necessary repairs. He was a neat knowledgeable worker and remedied the problem.
