Had a water heater that kept tripping the circuit breakers and wasn't heating the water as per usual. It was very concerning b/c it's less than 2 years old. So, I searched around for a local company who services these suckers and came across Mister Water Heater. They were able to come out the very next day and Daniel fixed it right up. He was kind, courteous, and didn't mind an annoying puppy getting in his way. I'd definitely give them a call if you're needing water heater service in Indianapolis. I had a wonderful experience! Not only was the repair service to my water heater done well by the technician, but I cannot thank Frank Dodson at the company enough for his great customer service. He took charge when I was having trouble getting my home warranty to pay for the repair services provided. He went above and beyond to contact the warranty company on my behalf, and the warranty company is now paying me. It's hard to find good companies and good customer service personnel, but I found both!

Hope Plumbing gave us a ridiculous estimate pricing on water heater installation when they came out to the house so I called Mister Waterheater & they came to the house, provided the best service, was very professional the whole visit with everything & fixed our issues without any other problems or concerns! They did an amazing job with their services & we are more than happy with the outcome of their work! Will most definitely recommend these guys to everyone.. bc overall I am highly satisfied to say the least :)

Lucas installed a new water heater promptly and professionally. He gave me operational advice on the unit, removed the old tank, and removed a hose stuck to a spigot. Lucas was pleasant to converse with and I would recommend him for any plumbing project.

I called Miser Water Heater to get a price to change the magnesium rod in my six year old Bradford White 50 gal gas water heater and install a corrugated hose on the hot side. I explained the tank was located in my garage on a stand and there was only two foot of head room. The person who gave me the price breakdown said the plumber will just bend the rod enough to go into the tank and then straighten it up as it goes down. After the work was completed, the plumber told me he had to cut off a portion of the anode rod to get it in. If I had known that, I would have requested a segmented rod. No only did I feel I don't get what I ordered, but Miser charged me more than what was quoted to me over the phone. The plumber told me he was not told much about the job or that I was going to apply the discount coupon listed on Miser's web site.
