Lucas came out and installed our water heater for us. He got the old water heater out and the new one in like 20 minutes. Fast friendly service highly recommend

I called them at around noon and Lucas showed up around 4pm. I wasn't expecting anybody for a couple days, amazing customer service!! Lucas was awesome and professional 👌 He pulled my old water heater out of the basement and had my new installed and working in no time flat. Lucas did a very quick and professional install. Mr. Water Heater sent personnel to my home within 4 hours of calling them to install a new 50 gallon gas water heater, new expansion tank, new copper intake pipe (which had sprung a pinhole leak), a new intake water shut off valve and a new gas shut off valve). They completed the project in about 1-1/2 hours (on a Saturday). The price they charged was reasonable and the service was excellent. This is the third time I have used them in the past 25 years, all with good results. I live in Pittsburgh, PA.

The price was very fair and the service and installation was stress free. The purchase and install was same day. Many options to choose from and the staff was very knowledgeable. My installer Lucas was on time and very respectful of my property. he explained the unit and how to maintain it. Placed a runner down so no debris or stains would damage anything. The refreshing to see business with hog treatment standards to its customers.

Lucas showed up to our house to replace our water heater the next day after we called. He was very professional and fast. He had our old one out and the new one installed and running within 30-40 minutes of getting here. Plus he also noticed an issue with our water softener and fixed that for us as well. Great experience and very painless. Would recommend to anyone needing water heater service.

Maxwell and sons were contracted by home warranty company to fix some plunging problems. The did a terrible job, had to come back a second time after 10 days to fix the problems again. They were rude and shifty. They don't clean up after themselves.

I am so incredibly thankful we called them out. I called them out to flush the hot water heater because it was starting to make a lot of noise. They found a carbon monoxide leak and probably saved our lives. They were very honest, kind, and affordable. Worth every penny! Thank you again!

After another company botched a new shower install, Maxwell and Son’s Plumbing came to the rescue. Mike was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything I asked about. I will definitely use them in the future for anything plumbing related.

This company is ACES!!!!!!! Mike did my home warranty job in like 20 min. He was polite, courteous, fair, clean, all that! I'm going to be doing some remodeling this spring & summer & will DEFINITELY be calling him!!!! Not only did I like his work, I liked him! I tried to even tip him & he wouldn't take it. Mike Maxwell Jr. installed a new primary sump pump, backup sump pump, a new basement sewer ejection pump, and re-ran my water softener ejection line. He did an excellent job and his rates were phenomenal! I highly recommend Maxwell and Sons for anyone looking for plumbing work.

I've used Maxwell and Sons for two jobs, and have been impressed with their responsiveness, quality, and honesty for both. Mike fixed a severe clog in the sewer line outside my house, and a few weeks later came out to install some new drains for a bathroom renovation. I will be using them again

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing service, and probably the best experience I've had with a contractor in general. Mike started out by giving me a competitive quote and explained in detail how he'd perform the install. He and Dan showed up on time and already had about half the job done with the buildout platform. They installed a new Navien Hot Water Heater, and new sump pump and backup, a new water softener, and a new toilet. They also ran a separate line for my backup.

We noticed a major leak from a pipe under our bathroom last night in our crawl space. We contacted the plumber we usually use and sent a video of the leak late last night. After being advised to turn off the main water supply to our house, we were told that our plumber was booked and not sure if they could get us on their schedule today. After calling four more plumbers this morning without any luck, we got ahold of someone at Maxwell and Sons Plumbing at around 8:15am. After discussing our issue and sending the video of the leak, we were contacted by Scott, who assured us that he would be at our home by 11:00am.

Scott arrived at 10:45 and quickly and professionally recognized the issue causing the major leak. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and explained to us that the issue was an easier and less expensive fix than we anticipated. He had to leave and grab a few parts, but returned awhile later and repaired the problem. We felt so fortunate to find Maxwell and Sons Plumbing and Scott! Our water was back on LONG before any other plumbing company could even get over for an initial assessment.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and Scott! They will be the only plumbing company we ever call again!

Have used them for years, and I’m impressed every single time. Some of the last good true plumbers out there.

Had an older home and was helping my son on remodel of bathroom. Mike came in and gave a quote. I then noticed other things needing work and I trusted Mike to be completely honest. After it was all said and done, I decided to just eliminate all the potential problems and get it all done. Mike came in over the two day period. He was punctual, workmanship was great and I never thought plumbing could look so cool. I would certainly recommend his service to all if you want quality work and great pricing. I'll add photos when bathroom is complete.

Amazing experience! I had a leaky hot water hook up to a washer and these guys were able to quickly replace it the next day for a solid price. I received texts and updates the entire time since I wasn't able to be there while he was on site. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use Maxwell and Sons in the future! Thanks again.
