Have been using this company for years for our properties on a septic. I have 1 pain in my side property. These guys are awesome, discovered the problem and did a complete install for a price I can not beat if I did it myself. Thank you MIKE Popovic and all the staff of Max Haas

Nice people on the phone, but feel duped. Needed Max Haas to provide a septic system inspection.

Tech came to home and said he couldn't find the septic tank. Part that is tough to swallow is that we were charged the septic system inspection fee and needed it paid before Max Hass would let us know they could not perform the inspection.

Feel that the Tech was just unqualified for the task needing performed and they should not have taken the money for him to drive out and not do any work.

If other septic companies aren’t paying attention to level of 1st class service Max Haas Septic is providing, they’re going to get left in dust. My wife and I had a septic issue and they had someone out to service it SAME DAY. They first sent out a technician (Chris) to locate and unearth the septic access who couldn’t have been a nicer guy and incredibly knowledgeable. Afterwards, the honey dipper came and emptied our tank. The operator of the truck (David) was super friendly and was in and out quickly and efficiently. A big thanks to Max Haas for they’re prompt professional service.

I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Max Haas. Their professionalism is top notch and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their pricing was better than any other local company as well. We will continue to use them in the future!

Dave was out to pump out our tank and the lid was rusted shut! He work on it for at least a half hour final got it loose and got the job done. Gave a couple of great tips to help make the septic better. Great service! From now on they will be the only company I will use! Well Done.

Michael, the owner, came out in June and did some repairs on the septic. He was very nice at the time and told me to contact him with any issues or if the repair didn't fix the problem. After a dry summer, the issues didn't show till late fall. I called multiple times to tell him the repair didnt work. He never returned my call. The receptionist said she gave him 3 or 4 messages to call me and he wasn't responding so she gave me a number to call another company. The issue is I think the current problem is due to the June repair. Now I have to start over with someone else...

Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Unfortunately I read previous reviews on the company and all mainly positive. I had my home inspected prior to purchase and the inspector recommended calling a qualified septic company to make sure all was okay. Max Haas showed up and couldn’t locate the tank so we ended up digging it up and having them come back out. The inspector from Max Haas said the tank was not in need of any attention and gave me a clean report. I move into the home that had been vacant the entire time and during my first shower sewage gas and waste water rushes back into the shower and toilet from drain lines. So we have Max Haas come back out another time to do an inspection and they inform us the tank is collapsed and write that in documentation. Mind blowing after they were there 3 months prior and said all is good. We hire another company to get their opinion and the tank was not collapsed and rather full of solids with a broken lid more than likely that occurred on the first trip to the home by Max Haas. As it wasn’t broken when I originally dug it up locating the tank for inspection. $3,000 later and several headaches my septic is back in working order. No thanks to Max Haas… would HIGHLY recommend finding another company.

Had to have a rush inspection done for selling my property. They were able to squeeze me in super quick. And got me the report same day so I could give to realtors. Report was accurate to prevoous inspections, detailed, and well worded for the average Joe. Will use again for all septic needs

Great job! Showed up early and knocked it out. I've been using them for the last 12 years with pumpings every 3 years. No issues.

Max Haas Septic is not responsive to issues they caused. Use them with caution and expect lack of follow-through. had out septic services 4/2025 and only Max Haas has services in past 8 years. Cement cover was on tight and technician brooke it up with sledge hammer into pieces. Reminder, it wa a Haas technician that put it on previously. Contacted the office and finally it was determined that they would replace the cover they broke. Mike (Owner) was gracious and came out to inspect. iIt was determined they would need to have a cement lid replacement custom made. Texting back and forth with Mike, he indicated several times he would be in our area (Mooresville) " next week" or "soon." The last response from Mike was 8/19/2025. now a month later, no response. Mike gave nice responses in the beginning and I actually thought he would follow through. It has a now been almost FIVE MONTHS since they destroyed our septic lid with NO RESOLUTION.

I had 2 other companies out to fix/replace issues with my outdoor ejector pump but they failed. I then remembered Max Haas septic. My biggest mistake was not calling them first. So professional and they can fix anything related to septic

Wow! I am not use to having such great service anymore! These people treated me right . The driver operator was soo nice and even called me 21 minutes in advance to his arrival . He explained to me that they are under new management and they don't close in the winter anymore and the workers are so happy there. Hats off to these people treating me soo well ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ragan was an absolute live saver for our family. Our septic tank started backing up on a Sunday night. I was in a total panic, thinking who is going to answer the phone on a Sunday, Ragan did! He helped to ease my panic and got us on the schedule for Monday morning at 8AM. I had several questions, he was so patient and answered them all. The two guys that came out were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Max Haas. The pricing was also very reasonable for our 1000 gal tank!
