Sewage was backing up my basement drain and my main was clogged. Called in at 8 and they were fixing the problem 2 hours later. They are a great team, Mark knew exactly what to do, and gave me straight answers to my silly questions. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.

Drain Busters Indy, a company that has no Competition in my book. I called Mark at 9 O'clock on a Saturday Night. He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.

I am a first time homeowner. When I dropped a cap down my bathroom sink pipe I thought it would be smart to take apart the pipes in order to get the cap out...I got the cap out but then I couldn't get the pipes back together. I called 3 other companies and every single one gave me a quote of $200 to $300. Then I found drain busters!

He answered my call while driving home from work, once I explained the problem he asked me to send a couple of pictures. He then took the next 20 minuets of his personal time to walk me through step by step how to fix it myself. If someone would take the time and effort to help me for no charge at all I can't imagine how great his services must be when you do pay!!!!

I'm very impressed with the service I received from Drain Busters Indy - Sims Construction. My faucet wasn't working properly, and Mr. Sims came and assessed the issue and discovered 3 leaks that were occurring. He was gracious enough to fix the leaks, as well as, correct the work from previous handymen, and caulked the bathroom sink. Might I add, he even pulled my trash can from the street. He didn't have to do that, yet he did. I'll definitely be keeping Drain Busters Indy - Sims Construction in my contacts. Thank you so much! Your service is greatly appreciated!

MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!

We will use him for any plumbing we need done in the future and will surely recommend him to everyone we know.

Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!
