Kevin was pleasant, kind and professional.
He arrived a little earlier than expected which was great for me. As he worked, he took and sent several before and after photos. Kevin noticed that our bathroom exhaust had come off and was releasing the damp exhaust into the attic. He was so kind to fix it for us. We would definitely recommend Bulldog Home Comfort.

Bulldog home comfort lives up to the hype! Zach did our duct cleaning and we were amazed at the before and after photos. The work was quick and of good quality. Zach answered all our questions and was friendly. We will use them again!

Bulldog Home Comfort is great. Jason worked on our house and he was wonderful. He insulated our roof and garage and fixed a laundry shoot that was broken, and did an awesome job. Everything from first inspecting the job to doing the job was done very thoroughly and I really appreciated it. All the prices were fair and I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking for someone to work on vents or insulation.

Jason helped us install ductwork for a new oven/stove hood fan. It was fairly complicated based on our setup but Jason was very patient and figured out a way to make it all happen. Very responsive - will use him and his team anytime I need ductwork services.

They offer outstanding customer service! I needed a dryer vent cleaning on short notice, and Jason was very flexible in accommodating my request and completing the job on time. They also provided before-and-after pictures and were extremely helpful. I'm very satisfied with their high-quality service at a reasonable price

I must say that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service that your company provided for us today. From the very beginning when I made my first appointment when I spoke with Emily, it was clear that you are a very professional and serious minded company very impressive Today. Kevin Padgett out the service technician and he once again was very kind professional and respectful. he was also extremely knowledgeable. I was pleased with everything that he did and again we will use your company probably annually now once a year thanks again.

Jason revised and repaired an old HVAC system in my son's home today. He did an excellent job. Cost was reasonable and exactly what he quoted. He is timely, honest, and meticulous.

We do NOT recommend this company to anyone. We hired this company to clean our ducts on February 9, 2026. The tech, Kevin, was super nice. Unfortunately, our thermostat had a blank screen when he turned back on the breaker after the cleaning. He advised us that happens sometimes. We had no idea. It would of been nice if they would of communicated this to us prior to the cleaning. Or even have us sign a waiver to protect them from liability. Thankfully, our thermostat was still communicating to the furnace, so we had heat. We were referred to Total Comfort Heating and Air by the owner of Bulldog, Jason Peterson. Mark from Total Comfort came out the same day. He advised us that we had to purchase a Lennox thermostat due to the type of unit we had, so we could not just install any thermostat. Total Comfort did not have parts for Lennox so he needed time to find a vendor that did. Again, we still had heat so we were in no rush. That is until the owner, Mr. Peterson came to our home early afternoon on February 11, 2026 to met with my husband. He wanted to make sure his company did not cause the thermostat issue. While we appreciated him "trying" to help, he left us with no heat. Now we had no thermostat and no heat. We contacted Summers, which is who installed our HVAC system, and their tech did not have a Lennox thermostat either. It would be Monday of the following week before they could get one. The Summers tech tried to bypass some wires in hopes our furnace would start running, but the furnace was throwing communication errors. We ended up having to purchase space heaters to keep warm for the night. Mr. Peterson wanted to come back to our home that evening and we advised him twice not to. We voiced our concern of damaging our whole system and reiterated what the two HVAC companies had advised us of installing a non communicating thermostat. To our surprise, Mr. Peterson showed up at our home at 9pm that night! My husband was not home at that time, which caused me to panic. New home, new surroundings, a man that I had never met in person wanting to come in after being told twice not to. Mr. Peterson claims he came because he wanted to help us. If that were the case, he should of made sure we had heat after messing with our unit earlier that day. The following day, I went to Lennox's website to find an authorized dealer near us in hopes of getting our heat working as soon as possible. Reliable Comfort was the only one. We had no time to research other options that may have been available due to the no heat situation. We ended up paying for two space heaters and Total Comfort $1,100 for a thermostat in order to get our heat working again. We felt it was only fair to be reimbursed for said monies. Mr. Peterson offered to refund the monies we paid his company for the duct cleaning, which was $531. We declined asking for the full amount. Mr. Peterson then offered to pay $550. Again, we declined asking for the full amount. Mr. Peterson then offered to pay $772. Again, we declined and requested the full amount. If Mr. Peterson did not leave us without heat due to his negligence, we would not be leaving this review. Today, February 19, 2026, I started the process of getting all emails, texts, and information on our unit together so we could file a claim in small claims court. It was overwhelming to say the least. We just wanted to move on. We emailed Mr. Peterson to ask if the offer of $772 was still on the table. We received no reply. At 6:32pm tonight, I texted Mr. Peterson, asking if the offer was still on the table. At 7:17pm he responded stating all offers were no longer available. We thanked him for responding since he didn't have to. There is an abundance of communication of us trying to settle this out of court. Now, we go back to preparing our claim. To clarify, we have a Lennox IComfort system.

Jason did an amazing job! I have heard in the past ventilation cleaning was something we needed to do at some point as homeowners. Our home is going on 6 years old and decided it was time. After seeing the before/after photos Jason took I am so glad we did! I couldn't believe we had that much dust in our vents.

Jason was extremely professional, gave really good advice and took care of our home through the process. He was one of those genuinely nice people and although he was getting paid, he just seemed happy to help. After he was done he even vacuumed up and loose dust on the floor that came out of the vents.

I will 100% use this locally run business in the future. If anyone needs a service like this I would absolutely recommend them!

We had to have a majority of our duct work replaced and the other half cleaned. Jason took care of this, no problem and were so patient with our crazy dogs! They are so reasonably priced and easy to communicate with, quick service and so kind! They also provided pictures to explain what was going on and before/after pictures which I can't believe how disgusting the ductwork was! We highly recommend Bulldog Home Comfort to anyone needing any sort of HVAC support!

We came to you through my sister as a recommendation. We had to reschedule 3 times and you guys were great and very patient each time. Kevin was able to get out here early and was fantastic. Great communication and assistance with the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Thanks again. Our price was a bit higher because we added on a better dryer vent pipe and vent outside.

We had a great service check with Rick this morning after our A/C was having issues last night. Easy to schedule an appointment online and he came out first thing this morning. Rick was friendly, knowledgeable and and professional. We're so thankful for Peterman Bros!

Great scheduling, on time, and super coordination by the technicians to discuss all major and minor issues that needed to be resolved during the removal of old equipment and the installation of 2 new large ceiling fans with lights and a bathroom exhaust
fan with heater and lights. Peterman is a great contractor with very knowledgable, courteous and helpful techs and reasonable pricing. We have used them for many projects over 5 years.

We had an electrical emergency and needed to replace our old panel box. Shawn and Jeremy, and I don't remember the 3rd guys name were all excellent! I appreciate all the help they provided me and my family in making sure we had all of our electrical needs met, safely! I'm sure some of my many questions were getting old, but they never once made me feel like it. I endured a house fire due to electrical issues as a child, and they have given me peace of mind that my family would be safe moving forward!

Carlos was on time and very friendly and courteous. He cleaned our HVAC system in a timely manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about the recommendations that he made to us, providing us with verbal information and a written estimate via email. Would recommend Carlos and Peterman Brothers for your heating and plumbing needs.

I can’t recommend Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing enough! They came out the same day I called, and unlike other companies, they didn’t charge any extra fees for the quick service. The plumber was professional, efficient, and fixed the issue perfectly. Great customer service and fair pricing—I’ll definitely be using them again!! Thank you again Dillan you are definitely a top notch person!
