Had 2 systems installed by them them last July when we finished out upstair attic. They work great and heat and cool and make it very comfortable. The other night one of the systems flashed and error code and shut down. I called the them and left a message on the non emergency voicemail and expected a call back the following day since it was after hours. To my surprise I got a call back from them that night in less than an hour. I explained what was going on and told him the error code that had came up.he asked me a few questions and told me a few things I can check and do over the phone. This got the system reset and working again for me and he said that he would follow up the following day and schedule a service call if needed. Checked system the following day and everything was working as should. I was contacted the following morning and asked if everything was working and I told him yes everything is working as it should now. Thank you guys for the great customer service I will definitely give them a call when my system downstairs needs replaced or needs service in the future.

We had an HVAC unit installed by this group last March and started having heating issues last night. I called and a technician was at our door within an hour. Diagnosed the issue as a number of user errors on ways I should be managing my system differently. Very thorough and friendly in their education and extremely customer friendly. So thankful for this group and their support

Dustin with New Wave came out to our house around 2017 after we moved in to our new-to-us home. He helped us get another year of life out of our original HVAC system at that time (as opposed to a competing big-name HVAC company that told us it needed replaced immediately). A year later when it was actually time to install a new system, he came out and put it in for an incredibly reasonable price. Today, six years later, we noticed our system not working correctly - at the start of a massive heat wave (of course!). I called at 3:45 p.m., got a call back from Megan at 7:30 p.m. (well after the end of business hours!) and Dustin showed up at our door at 8 p.m. He replaced the malfunctioning part, fixed a separate issue he spotted in order to avoid another problem down the road, and was on his way by 8:30 p.m. I wasn’t even expecting a call back until the next day, let alone the actual service visit! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews like this, but my husband and I continue to be blown away by this small, family-owned business. So friendly and they have amazing customer service. Thanks New Wave - you guys have earned our business again and again. Thanks for taking such good care of us!
