Very pleased with my experiences with New Wave Home Solutions. Communication was great. They kept me updated as to when they would arrive. During the inspection, Dustin told me what issues he found and what was required to repair it. He also gave me tips on how to keep the system running as efficiently as possible. Have been with another heating/air company 30 + years. We had purchased a new furnace and ac system 8 years ago only to have constant issues. Woke up to no heat. Called the company that installed and serviced our system, quotes to repair were thru the roof! Was told repair was a waste and wouldn't last, we should buy a new system. That price was beyond acceptable from the company that sold us the last turd. So I lined up 2 quotes from different friend recommended companies.

I went with this company, Polley’s Perfect Seasons, on the recommendation from a friend. I’m glad I did! A small business that not only stands behind the quality of their work but also stand behind the products they install to perform as expected. After having to install a new air handler and a heat pump, I discovered a problem with the heat pump not keeping up with the demand. A small leak was discovered by the tech when he arrived to diagnose the problem. It was determined to be a manufacture flaw. Because the unit was less than a year old, the tech apologized for the inconvenience and instead of tearing the unit down to make a repair, he replaced the unit with another new unit. I was flabbergasted. Exceptional, 5-star customer service! Please support your local and small businesses. Thank you Polley’s for a job well done! I highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I did not have a good experience I don't feel that Tony the service man cleaned my unit he opened it he looked at it he closed it, he forgot to turn my outside unit back on so then he had to come back 45 minutes later , charged me $211 I will never use them again. I don't feel they need a rating at all

Tony was a super nice guy - the type of HVACtech you hope shows up to your house. He gave me options for a new water heater and multiple positives/negatives of each option.

Jim and his father have done all the HVAC work for our family for close to 50 years. They are honest as the day is long, I highly recommend them!

Awesome service very knowledgable and professional. On time and great price i couldn't be happier since the end of the week shows about 90’ getting my ac back up and running in about an hr im glad i called them!

Very cordial service. Zach was prompt and straight to the point. Didn't try to upsell me and got my furnace tuned up and ready for the winter season. Even took the time to give me some tips to keep my furnace running more efficiently. Definitely would use their service again in the future.

Put in AC and furnace and they did a good job. They came back and fixed our hot water heater a few days later as it went on the blink and they had to come late due to a long job but did come and we were thankful for that

They did have a snafu in the repair but they were responsive to our request and fixed the problem at no charge

Days later when the hot water heart went they were fast to get us a new one

They are honest and hard working and will do a good job

He was so nice..(I miss seeing Jim) but he was very good. Even tightened a leaky spigot for me. Would definitely want to use him again.

Zach and Jim came out to diagnose an issue with our HVAC system. We had a large company talk us into replacing the condenser coil and air handler which still didn’t fix our heating problem.
Zach and Jim were able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently, and explained in detail what needed to be done to rectify our current issues.

Polleys is a local, family owned business. Zach came quickly when we suspected a carbon monoxide leak. He was efficient, explained things thoroughly and checked filters while he was here. Will def use again
