I had nothing but good things to say about Jim and his company. I had a very good experience with him and his employee Zach when they fixed my cooling system a few years ago so I called them again for a problem with the heating system. Jim not only spent time checking every part in great detail, but also explained where the problems could be and why they would be problems. He found a crack on the heat exchanger and even showed me the crack. After his inspection, I know exactly what's going on in the system and what to do next. His pricing is very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

Called PPS and explained my moms AC was out and she sufferers from lung and breathing issues. Tony was there within the hour to help. All other places we called we had more than a week wait! Tony from PPS squeezed us in. Good, friendly service!

He showed up on time with a great smile and great advice to save me money in the future on a possible part that that could have cost me a major repair bill. Polly’s saved the day today! It’s a super hot day and they came out within an hour to fix our system. They had the part on the truck and had the system up and running within an hour!!! Amazing!!! We have always been impressed with the service we’ve received at Polly’s. Every employee is helpful, respectful and kind. They are prompt when I schedule service and always make time to check our system when issues arise. A great hvac company!!!
