The guy who came out today was fantastic! He was thorough and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he went about fixing it. Would recommend again! Also appreciate the fact they were able to send a tech out today within a few hours.

How can they keep getting better. Our service appointment today was an annual plumbing check up. The service person,Joshua, was absolutely outstanding; he did a thorough inspection of all faucets, toilets, the water heater, the pressure valve plus more. His evaluation report was extremely well written and easy to understand. He gave a variety of estimates regarding preventative maintenance Ideas and one repair estimate for an issue that we identified with one of the toilets. Joshua was personal, professional and knowledgeable.

We have used Peterman Brothers in the past for several plumbing, gas, and electrical work. We have always been pleased with their service. Yesterday we contacted Peterman Brothers regarding a plumbing issue with one of our outside spigots. They promptly scheduled an appointment for today. Joshua shows up on time. He, and Burton, were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They assessed the issue and gave us multiple options on how to resolve the issue. No high pressure sales. They went over the estimates and emailed us a copy to review. Again, we were very pleased with Peterman Brothers.

I had a gas leak and called the gas company who identified that a pipe needed to be repaired. I called and spoke to an agent at Peterman Brothers and she said the consultation fee was $85. I asked for it to be waived and she agreed. An appointment was set for 8am to 12pm. A technician came and I gave him the paper from the gas coy so he could start work. He told me the associate on the phone was not supposed to waive the charge and that they have a $275 fee for consultation and not even $85 and after that charge me for the leak repair. This company is deceptive. I will not recommend them to anyone. The technician also confirmed that this situation happens often. If you want to use them, be sure that they are upfront and honest with you. They just wasted half of my leave day. I am getting another company to come do the repair.

Steve H was our plumber and I couldn’t recommend him more. He was friendly, clear with explaining what was going on and I felt like we were in good hands with him.

While making astronomical payments on this HVAC system, this past Friday we set up for a technician to come and do a SIMPLE media filter change that’s supposed to be apart of our so called “membership” for free which apparently now we have to pay for those, that’s a different matter in itself. Anyways this technician shows up, unplugs my electronic media filter , leaves it leaning on my HVAC system, leaves MY ladder out , but most incredibly is my unit doesn’t have any damn power , my thermostat isn’t even working !!! I don’t have any idea what this “so called technician “ did but this is complete and utter garbage service!! Absolutely terrible!!!

i calleed ;last wensdayu to ,make and appoinment they do not tell you they have flexiable hours. i ,made it for todauy i have a ytext we start at 8a,m its 4pm they called one of our customkert has emerengy and need thoier aytetion i have a garabge dispoel broke im disabled and having company for the hiolday they are backled up until after dec 9yth they close for the hoilday un p[rofessional. do not trust them

Jeff Lawrence did a check up heating system and found a leaky part. He ordered the part and installed it right away. Peterman kept me informed along the way.

I called for a quote and they refused unless they charge a diagnosis fee/visit. I already had it diagnosed and had pics so knew what needed done but they would not provide a quote unless they charging a diagnosis fee which is fine for those who don’t know what’s wrong. Beware

When Petermen HVAC techs replaced my heat pump they in effect distroyed my Bryant programmable/WIFI thermostat (cost me $850 in 2008). I have to manually adjust temps when the temperature need to be changed or go from cooling to heating, eta. . It was working as designed before they changed out the heat pump,after replacement the thermostat no longer worked Petermen took l no responsibility, peaded ignorance which they are,. Worse yet they and wanted to sell me a new one for $$$$.

Don’t use this company. I paid to have a new sump basin installed. The technician installed my sump pump incorrectly & made my crawl space flooded with water. No reimbursement for work nothing. $1500 gone to waste due to negligence & not doing the right thing on their end. Stay away. I tried being understanding but the “claims” department was rude & not helpful. Pretty much told me to bad not their fault due to using self supplied pump EVEN THOUGH THE TECHNICIAN INSTALLED MY SUMP PUMP INCORRECTLY & said it was good to go after their so called “sump pump inspection” for $85. Save your money & go somewhere else.

Stailey arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. While reviewing the issue with the furnace, he kept me updated to what he was finding and his concerns. He reviewed video and documentation of his findings. Making sure that I understood everything.

I received a visit from Steve to see about our water heater problem, provide us with a solution, and give us an estimate for the repair. After a thorough investigation, Steve showed us several options regarding the replacement of the water heater explaining in detail what each option consisted of. After choosing one of the options, Steve set up an appointment for the service to be completed. We were pleased with the professionalism that Steve showed and appreciate the results.

Brandon is the best. He is always so knowledgeable and can explain how things work so that my non-hvac brain can somewhat understand which makes my husband very happy because my non-hvac has trouble translating my husbands hvav speak.lol we will be asking for Brandon always and can recommend that you do too. Peterman s has been our go to for everything we need done from the day we bought our home 3 years ago ! Team Petermans all the way !

Peterman has completed several projects for us including installing a new furnace for us in October of ‘24. Since the with our ongoing loyalty membership, we’ve had rh out to do annual checkups and more recently troubleshooting an issue. Each time the tech/ repair guy has done an excellent job. My experience with Peterman Brothers was excellent from the beginning to the end. The efficiency and timeliness of this company is unmatched. From the employee who gave me an estimate, to the plumbers who dealt with my water heater, to Kyle and Shawn who completely revamped my HVAC system the very next day, were all amazing and I highly recommend them.

I’ve had very pleasant experiences with all of the Peterman’s technicians. They will try to up-sale you, or at least start their proposal with showing you their best, most expensive options. But, in saying that, they do show you all of your comprehensive options and do not push you or pressure you to pick one over the other, which I respect.
