He was thorough and very helpful. He talked and explained everything. He found the issue within minutes and repaired it. I trusted him so much and this company we got a new water softener today also. James was my electrian and he was able to fit me in his schedule 4 days earlier than I had originally requested, which was very helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided many options to fit my budget, was extremely professional and efficient with his time, and fixed the electrical issue exactly as he said he would. James was very honest, patient, calm, and personable, and I felt he was very confident in getting the job done. Peterman. Brothers were amazing! My furnace stopped working yesterday and I immediately called Peterman Brothers! They were quick to get a technician out to fix the problem. Nick was professional, courteous and very personable! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue! I would highly recommend Peterman Brothers for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs! The best thing is they have a membership program that is extremely reasonable and will help maintain our HVAC and plumbing throughout the year! If you are not set up with Peterman Brothers membership, call them and get them to take care of you!

Another great service call from Peterman. As we are working through replacing and fixing items in our house, they have been great to work with, always providing good options and helping us prioritize all the work. The membership has definitely been worth it for our peace of mind.

Trey was great. He installed a bunch of light fixtures for me, one with some customization, and was friendly and upbeat the whole time. One ended up being faulty, but he was happy to reinstall the old fixture and remove that from the cost. Between that and getting out so quickly for an appointment, I'm more than happy.

Such a bad initial experience. I was hoping for so much better from a local company that I have known for the better part of the 25 years that I've lived in their area. It's not a problem to have an AI bot answer the phone because I guess they get a lot of calls. But for that AI agent to schedule a service call and then to have it canceled without notifying me because they apparently don't want to do the work is really not good. They would not give me a reason. So I'm left wondering what it is they do if they don't do what they say they're going to do but then they don't do it. This is just my experience. I hope yours is better.

Great experience! I’m putting in new counters and the process has been fast moving. I needed to have my sink removed asap so I could continue the counter project. I contacted Peterman Brothers on Monday and they could get me in on Tuesday or Wednesday that same week. Jacob came in and had my sink removed in under an hour. He was extremely nice and respectful. He made sure to wear shoe covers so he didn’t dirty the floor then made sure to not damage anything during and after the sink removal. I will use them in the future!

Today Rob from Peterman Brother’s came to my house to show me how to operate the programming thermostat that was installed 3 days ago with my new furnace and AC units. Well he did a great job in explaining things and we set the thermostat to how I wanted it. Secondly and unexpectedly he spent 3 hours inspecting the installation job and improving the installation of my units. Rob is a pro and very clean about his work.

Kacey came out to do a check up on the water softeners in two townhomes we rent. She explained everything so well and took extra time to help me understand how a softener works and what maintenance I would need to do to keep them functioning well. She was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Peterman’s and Kacey.

My technician was very friendly and thorough. I appreciate how he took into consideration what things were higher priority to help me decide what to do. All that and the price has been great compared to companies I'd used before.
