RJI did a fantastic job. Great people. The roof looks great and they cleaned up all debris when they finished. The sales team was not pushy or overly aggressive like some other companies I spoke with. Overall a great experience.

We live in Nevada and weren't familiar with RJI but were impressed with their honest approach to getting our business.

A storm had damaged our roof and they were able to work with our insurance and get us the roof/gutters and window replacement. They had a great roof crew as well as gutter team. The window/patio door installers were pros as well. When there were issues (because let's be honest, no matter how great, there will always be a hiccup or two), they were responsive (like super fast) and easy to work with!

We recommended them to our next door neighbor and he used them for his roof too!

I live in Grimes, IA and hail in July 2021 totaled my roof and gutters. My insurance company initially would only cover the gutters, but with RJI’s help, patience and expertise were able to help appeal my insurance claim to ultimately get me a full roof/gutter replacement and recommended an upgrade to class 4 shingles (Northgate) I’m extremely happy with! In addition they identified attic circulation and flow issues my builder (2 year old house) had not done well and were able to add additional vents my insurance co paid for as well.

Taylor Stussy and the entire RJI team I had the pleasure of working with were always highly professional, on time, finished the entire job in just over one day with immaculate site clean and overall did the job right. They exceeded my high expectations and without hesitation I recommend RJI to anyone needing a new roof or gutters!

This was our first time hiring someone to do work on our home (we are DIYers), but a big job like siding, stone, and a new front porch was more than we wanted to take on ourselves. We are so glad we found this company, what a great experience! Everyone on the team was great to work with and Matt provided prompt communication every step of the way so we always knew what to expect. We had a few unexpected changes needed during the project but they adjusted everything quickly and even helped us with design and colors when we were feeling indecisive. At the end of each day everything was picked up neatly and they were respectful of our landscaping. Their attention to detail was amazing; they have earned our trust 100%!

We recently used T&E to remodel three bathrooms in our home. We are quite experienced in hiring remodelers as we have done extensive remodeling of our home since moving in 14 years ago. I can honestly say T&E was by far the best contractor we have worked with! The communication was far and above anyone else we have used and their workmanship was was amazing as well. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully!!

Eric and his team did an absolutely excellent job finishing our basement space. They gave a very competitive bid for the work and had no issues tackling any of the minor issues that arose. The entire crew was professional, courteous and did an amazing job. Additionally they communicated with us every week about what to expect and which steps were being completed. We could not be more pleased with the new addition. Their prices are very competitive and stayed well within our budget. Absolutely would recommend.

We just had a screened-in deck built and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! From start to finish, the communication was top-notch and always knew what to expect during the process. I had a couple questions along the way and they were answered the same day. We are also thrilled with the quality as it looks to be a natural part of the house, not an after-market addition. We’ve received so many compliments already and are loving using it.
Overall this is a great company to work with and would highly recommend. We will be using again if anything else comes up in the wishlist.

Travis, Eric and Matt we’re outstanding from start to finish on the construction of our home. We’ve built 5 homes with different builders and this has been by far our best experience. They truly care about their clients wants and needs and always go the extra mile.
