Trent Contracting did an amazing job replacing my old cast iron sink with this beautiful quartz one. They installed a new faucet, RO system, and added a garbage disposal too! They also remodeled one of my bathrooms. It looks fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovations

Ashton also went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways, like letting our dog out and bringing up our trash can without us asking. We only wish we had the budget to have him redo the rest of the house right now!

We used three sons to do a full master bathroom remodel. Two biggest fears of hiring a general contractor, poor quality or poor communication. Ty and Ali are great to work with and communicate well, and we had no issues with the quality
As with any re-modoel, we discovered some unexpected issues (i.e mold) Ty and team did a great job working through potential options to still arrive at great outcome. We are very happy with the new bathroom, and would use Ty again if we do any more major renovations

Ty, Brad, Josh, and Ali did an awesome job on our addition above the garage! We added a laundry room and two bedrooms and we couldn't be more happy with it. Very honest team of guys, it was great having them as a part of our family for the summer. If you are having a hard time deciding who to use, go with these guys, they make it easy and you can trust them.

After the storm of 2020 tore through our place, we immediately called 3 Sons for help. Tesir was prompt and knowledgeable on all the projects that had to be done to get us back up and running. We needed a new roof, new siding on the whole back side of our house, and a completely new deck. Among everyone else who had been hit and the obstacles we all faced, Tesir pushed through to maintain my wants and needs through all the changes we had. He consistently kept us up to date and made sure I agreed with each step. We came under budget and showed off all his work at my son's graduation party. I will use 3 Sons over and over and highly recommend them for any need you may have.

3 sons worked with us during the COVID crisis. We have high risk kids so the team took that serious and really had our best interests in mind. Constant communication on activities were greatly appreciated. We had a difficult bathroom to build, however, our visions aligned flawlessly and the final product is fantastic. Ty and his team (Brad an team) were easy-going and were very easy to work with. I want to thank Ty for working with us and we definitely would be interested in working with 3 sons again.

We had multiple quotes come in for a basement finish and deck build and Ty was by far the best one we received. We started the project on time and then COVID struck. The hiccups we encountered were not a result of Ty or the guys, but issues with stalling due to delayed inspections and subcontractors schedules. Ty always advocated for us with the subs and worked to get things moving and on the schedule as quickly as he could. There were a few things that needed addressed and Ty was quick to come in and make things right. Everyone on his team that we encountered was respectful and great to work with. Overall a good experience and would recommend!

We were very pleased with the work they did replacing our deck. We received a weekly status in the weeks leading up to our project, and daily updates on changes needed when weather was uncooperative. Communication was exceptional. Quality of materials was excellent.
All people we spoke and worked with were pleasant, respectful and considerate of our home. The work area was thoroughly cleaned up following. A walk through was done with us upon completion to ensure that we were happy with the finished product, and we appreciated their attention to any small details.
I would recommend without any hesitation, and will use them again in the future if we need work done!

We hired 3 Sons Construction to add a door from our bedroom out to our patio and build an additional patio cover over our patio. The end result is amazing! Ty and his crew were great to work with. He made sure all of our needs were met throughout the entire process. Our patio is more than we imagined it would be.

Ty was great to work with on finishing our basement. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but Ty was able to provide great ideas that gave us a better basement than we had imagined. He went out of his way to make things work and had complete respect for our family while working in his home. His crew was also a bunch of stand up gentleman that were very professional. Any questions or concerns we had, Ty was happy to talk through them. It was a true pleasure to work with him on our new basement and would highly recommend his company for anyone looking to remodel. Ty and his team did an outstanding job for us. They finished our entire basement and then rebuilt our fireplace and added built-ins around the fireplace. We are extremely impressed with their work and their attention to detail. Ty and his team make sure to do the right thing. There were often issues that I likely wouldn’t have noticed that he or his team brought up and corrected to ensure a perfect finish. During this difficult time with labor shortage and material delays they worked well with us to complete our projects in a timely fashion and with the highest degree of craftsmanship. We definitely recommend 3 Sons Construction! 14 new windows thanks to Ty and Brad and Elijah! Our windows look great, all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. The work was meticulous as though they were working on their own houses. We will have them back to paint the exterior of our house!

3 sons construction finished our basement years back and they did a great job and good value. Recently I called the owner Ty because I needed a GFCI outlet installed. Without hesitation he sent someone out and didn’t charge me. It definitely pays to stay local and 3 sons construction and the owner, Ty, exemplifies that.
